Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently picked up a set of Pokémon cards from Best Buy, and overall, it was a really fun and satisfying purchase—especially if you’re even a little into collecting or nostalgia. Right out of the box, the excitement hits. Opening Pokémon packs never really gets old, and this was no exception. The packaging was in great condition, and the cards themselves were crisp, vibrant, and clearly authentic. There’s something genuinely satisfying about flipping through and seeing a mix of familiar classics and newer designs. What stood out most was the variety. I got a good mix of common cards, a few holos, and at least one card that felt like a “hit,” which made the whole experience worth it. If you’re a collector, that thrill of possibly pulling something rare is a huge part of the appeal—and this purchase delivered on that front. Buying from Best Buy also added a layer of convenience and trust. It’s nice knowing you’re getting legitimate products without worrying about tampering, which can sometimes be a concern when buying cards elsewhere. Plus, it’s easy to grab a pack while you’re already shopping for something else. Overall, I’d definitely recommend picking up Pokémon cards from Best Buy if you want a quick, reliable, and fun experience. Whether you’re collecting, trading, or just reliving some childhood memories, it’s a purchase that’s easy to enjoy.

Had a phenomenal experience at BestBuy Mira Mesa buying Pokemon Cards. The manager John did an excellent job at keeping things organized and orderly showing earnest respect for the customers who were waiting in line. I was checked out by Chad, who was very positive and efficient making the whole process smooth and memorable. I'll definitely be coming back to BestBuy Mira Mesa, and hope that I can have more experiences like this in the future.

Was pleased that enough stock was still available even though I was 40th in line

Best place to purchase Pokemon cards for retail and great packs.

Best Buy East Hanover NJ always has great customer service and well organized for Pokémon drops.

Very satisfied with my charizard X tin awesome piece to add to the collection

Not a huge fan of these tins as I thought they would contain ascended heroes and it didn’t. However, I’m keeping them sealed for my collection and maybe I can trade for something else in the future. Still a great buy for MSRP!

The pulls were wack!!!!!!! But over all it was good. The seal wasn’t broken or torn to pieces.

Like the title says. Bestbuy is the best place to buy pokemon cards. Bestbuy is the most consistent. The best price. And the friendliest big box store.

Definitely recommend as a collector to just open as a family or yourself. Sons love the tins and being able to keep there favorite cards together

I bought this tins on launch day in store and it was a great buy at MSRP. I wouldn't buy this online unless it is within $5-10 off MSRP.
