A: If you have both you need the pass that goes with that individual game. If you want it for both you’re gonna need to buy two passes.
A: You would need a second pass for their copy unless you make their switch your "main" one. Then they would have access to all your digital stuff
A: I believe you mean you have the physical cartridge for the game, where you have to put the game into the switch to play. The expansion pass should work with the physical version of the game, but you will need to enter the code in the eShop on the Switch and download it to your console.
