    Got the wrong item

Literally sent me the wrong ball. I ordered the 2024 q4 ball and got the 2025 ball. I ordered and paid extra for the older one for the obsidian flames pack

Best Buy get rid of this third-party crook

Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for letting third-party sellers like this on their platform. Do not buy any Pokémon related products from the seller they reseal product and make your listings description inaccurate or deceiving.

    Unethical

This product is deceitfully presented. I understand it is partially my fault for not reading the description. Which is why I did not dispute or attempt to ask for any returns. However, the sellers intentions seem clear. Bait in the customer with the illusion of a product when in reality they are just getting a portion of what’s shown. Just unethical shady business tactics.

Questions & Answers
  • Is this a pack of 3 pokeballs or just one single pokeball?

From the title & description/specifications, this is just one ball. The first photo of the 3-pack may lead to confusion.

    Answered by SeanZ
  • Title says Q4 (quantity of 4) but it's a 3 pack then 1 at random. Its it you get 3 then add an extra 1? Kind of misleading.

It says Q4 that has nothing to do with the quantity. Nowhere in the listing does it say “quantity of 4”
