A: No, these are sleeved blister packs. They do not come from booster boxes. Booster packs do come from booster boxes and are typically not sold at retailers as a single item. Booster packs are generally sold by online vendors, person to person streams, or via your local comic/card/collectibles shop. Sleeved blisters are personally my preference because booster box packs are limited in hits to the box whereas these sleeved packs have better odds due to them being a seperate single item
