I’m giving this product a one star rating. I’d rather give a no star rating not because I don’t like the product but because Best Buy has send me on pack instead of a booster box that contains 36 packs. I’ve tried doing a return to get the right item and the guy over the phone said it wasn’t available because it’s a hot item and said they would issue a refund. Sent the pack back for the refund and they sent it back again saying I can’t get my refund. Pls be warned that they do not give the right product to you. I advise not to buy a booster box thru mail because there is always a complication and a long process when package is incorrect. It’s been a month and I’m still dealing with this refund process that they aren’t trying to give back. They are stealing your money.

I pre ordered two Temporal Forces booster boxes, the package was delivered on time and on release day, but it was missing both booster boxes. The package was delivered via UPS and completely sealed, it felt super light so I immediately called Best Buy customer support and explained the situation. I told them I didn't open the package yet because it felt like nothing was inside. They advised me to go to a local store and open the package there. I did and the package had TWO loose booster packs. Customer service has been helpful so far and they will re order for me. This time I will pick up in store. I hope Best Buy will follow the trail and investigate to see who is scamming people.

Extremely disappointed only received 2 packs instead of 72 - UPS box was delivered sealed and essentially empty. Spent an hour chatting with Best Buy Live Agent who told me to go into store for return. Went to store, waited in line and was told store couldn't help me, I had to call in to customer service line. Customer service person was nice but clueless on how to help. Eventually she issued replacements online for in store pickup, that have just said pending for 5 days now. Best Buy - please figure this out ASAP and catch whomever is defrauding your warehouse shipments.

I preordered 2 booster boxes 1 delivered by fedex and 1 by ups the one from fedex was perfect but the ups one only had ONE BOOSTER PACK. I contacted customer support and are helping the situation.

There is another review mentioning not receiving the right item and I can vouch for him. I received the wrong item and contacted support to get a replacement order. I waited another day to get my booster box, next day comes and they sent me another single booster pack. Don’t order online, for some reason they can’t tell the difference between a single booster pack and a booster box which contains 36 packs.

Seems I am not the only one received one pack instead of the box. I contacted the customer services and agent really helpful. She help me to process the refund. However, this product is sold out and unbale to order again. I am not sure where can I still order the booster box. My order is shipped out from Chino, CA bestbuy warehouse, not sure if only this warehouse having this issue? And Best Buy online is no longer my first choice to do shopping, because I am so disappoint with this horrible issue.

Like the other reviews stated, I only recieved one pack out of the box I ordered. I believed the confusion was caused by each pack scanning AS a booster box. Phone support told me theres nothing they can do to help since the item is sold out online and just to return the single pack with a UPS return label. Thanks Best Buy!

I also only received 1 booster pack. They literally sent it in an envelope that the box wouldnt have fit in anyway. Contacted customer service, they said they would replace it once i sent mine back. The single pack is sent back, they say they never ordered a new one. Still no word on even a refund either. Asked a friend who works in store to look into it. The notes from the interacrions with the call center were all lies. Nothing in the notes was true or matched what they told me at all. I still have no clue whats going on with the situation, just that i paid a lot of money for this company to lie to me repeatedly.

Like all the other reviews said, I received a single booster pack instead of the box. Talked to support, had it reshipped, and received a single pack again. Very frustrating for such a high priced item.

Received only two packs! Just wow! Looks liek i was not the ontl one!

Buyed 36 packs a full box they send 1 pack and charge 160.

I pre-ordered this booster box back in January. It arrived yesterday, but it was only 1 booster and no box. I see that there is another review that has the same issue, so at least I am not alone. I texted with an agent to see if they could fix this, and the policy is for the CUSTOMER to go into the store and request a refund. Why does the customer have to do more work for an error on Best Buy's end? There is some serious quality control issues and awful policy at Best Buy. I've canceled all my other pre-orders as I've completely lost faith in Best Buy to give quality products and service.

I'm glad I wasn't only one who had issues with this. For some reason in the system it says that one booster box is one single card. I went in to return my one pack and explained to the lady at the counter that it should be over 30 of these, not just one. She scanned it and it says that pack = one booster box in their system. I did get my full refund back for this. I did preorder the next batch, but this is the first booster box I've ever had issue. Hopefully this gets resolved before next set comes out.

Arrived in good condition! No damage. Product marked as described. Will buy again. Wish they had more sales.

Biggest issue with Pokemon cards is trying to find a reputable seller that doesn't reseal packs. I think Best Buy is listening to feedback because now all Pokemon boxes are sealed with no tampering in sight. It wasn't always that way. Staff were really friendly in my location and were quick to get my pickup order in my hands. This will be my go to place for cards going forward.

Only 1 single pack came not 36..was told to ship back single pack for refund..then after shipped received email saying i could keep pack for inconvenience. Soo had to wait over a week for package when it was suppose to be 2 day shipping. Then ended upnwith nothing in the end

Only received 1 pack instead of the entire box of 36 packs. This still has not been resolved by Best Buy.

Its crazy to see other have the same experience, complete nightmare trying to explain to customer service. Basically sent me a single pack just like all these other reviews! Buyer beware for sure.

Recieved just one booster pack. Customer service issued another one and keeps saying delayed. $171 for one booster pack. Someone better figure this out.
