A: yeah they suck at stopping scalpers. I have given up trying to get anything from their website.
Q: Why did this go live as sold out?
A: the previous answer is wrong there were no preorders for this at best buy, no one knows why they never went live, but best buy always list as "sold out" when they first appear... the best guess id say is bestbuys shipment was delayed but it was still scheduled to release today but who knows

A: hat time does your Pokémon cards release I check 12 midnight the day of the release and nothing is posted then when I check in the morning at 7am it’s sold out what time do you guys release these products???
