Decent product - each box comes with two decks. Right age is 6-7 years to get most fun out of it. My older 10yo was not too interested to play this. Takes about 1-2 attempts to run the simplified rules from the full Pokemon TCG.

The cards in these are so adorable and a must have for any collector……. Or first time battler in training to become a master!!! But def not enough energy cards given in these for the attack costs

My son has a few random cards he has collected but wanted to actually play the game with them and this set was perfect to help teach him how too.

It's a very watered down version of the actual tcg. I understand it is meant to teach the basics to a new player, but it was too basic. I don't think a new player would enjoy it after 2-3 games. Perhaps if it was the full game with the actual rules it would be a good product.
