I decided to buy Chilling Reign as I haven't bought a pack before until now. The only good cards that I got from it were the two beside the Steelix V from Vivid Voltage. It was just luck of the draw that I gotten unlucky with the cards. Whatever pack you get, it's just luck.

Got better pulls with other booster sets, but CR, is an underrated set no doubt. Fortunate that they are accessible since booster packs are high in demand nowadays.
