Polar Pro - Peter McKinnon 135 Series 67mm Gold Mist 1/4 Filter

For photographers and videographers seeking unparalleled control over their imagery, the Polar Pro Peter McKinnon Chroma VND/PL Filter is a game-changer. Developed in collaboration with renowned creator Peter McKinnon, this innovative filter combines a Variable Neutral Density (VND) filter with a Polarizer, offering a versatile solution for reducing glare and reflections while achieving cinematic shutter speeds. The standout feature of this filter is its adjustable polarizer, which provides a sharp and clean look to your images. The VND component allows for precise exposure adjustments, making it ideal for outdoor shooting. At the heart of this setup is the all-new Chroma Glass, which ensures extremely neutral color accuracy by integrating a Polarizer within the Variable ND filter. This filter is available in additional variations, including the VND/PL with a 1/4 Black Mist or 1/8 Gold Mist, designed to add subtle diffusion to highlights. The Black Mist variation softens excessive sharpness, creating a smooth highlight roll-off and blooming light sources, while maintaining deep shadow detail. The Gold Mist option imparts a warm, golden hue to highlights, offering a filmic look with smooth highlight transitions.A key feature of the Polar Pro Peter McKinnon Chroma VND/PL Filter is its independent polarization control. This allows you to customize the level of polarization for each scene, from no polarization to full engagement for maximum glare reduction. The Chroma Series Glass formula ensures unrivaled color accuracy, combining a Polarizer and Variable ND into a single filter. The filter's design includes a preset stop range to prevent cross-polarization, and haptic feedback locks each VND stop into place, making it easier to adjust the polarizer without affecting the VND settings. The Defender360 provides unmatched protection with a full 360-degree encasement, ensuring your filter is safeguarded whether on-camera or stored in your bag.The VND function is perfect for reducing light to shoot at double frame rates, capturing motion naturally with a subtle blur, and is also ideal for long exposure photography. The polarizer can be rotated to control reflections on surfaces like water, windows, and vehicles, allowing you to either minimize reflections or include them in your composition.Say goodbye to stacking multiple filters with this 6-in-1 solution, which eliminates vignetting and offers a lower profile for faster setup and filter swaps. Enjoy less bag weight and more space, making this filter an essential tool for any creative professional looking to enhance their visual storytelling.
