This embroidery machine has been great! It has been very easy to use, with some minor challenges. However, the tech team, especially Kevin, have been very quick and with helping me with the machine features i didn't understand and any problems I came across in the process of embroidering. It also comes with a lot of great features like big embroidery sizes, great build in patterns, programs that let you moves foward and background from stiches, I can also transfer my own patterns from institch without having to buy any extra software like some other embroidery machines. Its also pretty quiet compared to other machines I have had in the past and has been overall a great buy. I can't wait to create more embroidery patterns with this machine. While there is a learning curve, the company stands firmly behind its product. I also recommend joining the relevant Facebook groups—these communities, along with the support team, are excellent resources for learning the ins and outs of operating the machine effectively.

I spent a few weeks debating which embroidery machine to get, and I'm so glad I chose this one! It comes with everything you need to start embroidering right out of the box. Of course, as you get more into it, you'll likely want to add more accessories—but this brand does a fantastic job of including a great starter set to get you going. One of the biggest reasons I chose this machine was the hoop sizes. No other embroidery machine in this price range offers what the Poolins do - they've got you covered with three solid size options! Another highlight has been the exceptional customer service. Their Facebook page is actively monitored by their team, so if you ever need help, you'll get quick and friendly support. They truly go above and beyond! Overall, my experience with this machine and the brand has been amazing. I'm officially a customer for life, and I can't wait to keep creating with my awesome EOC06!

I purchased several items from Best Buy over the years and this is my favorite purchase. I’ve always wanted a bigger embroidery machine and I did have to contact customer service, but they were helpful My new machine runs smoothly and I’m enjoy using it. Thanks for the experience Best Buy.

I love this embroidery machine. The large hoops. Wifi for downloading designs. Worth every penny. It's easy to use. Really enjoy the large screen. Don't delay. But it today!

I’ve never used a sewing machine let alone an embroidery machine before but the simple and easy to use operating system and the user interface is really great. It does take some time to get use to but definitely worth it.

This item looks and feels very cheap and bulky. I was disappointed with the product right out of the box.
