I do not own a top box but I use my ir for the vidual expand of my kinect sensor sight vertical and horizontal effect from head to toe.

Plugged this into the Xbox One and it worked perfect to control my cable box, receiver and TV. Now if they would just double up the number of devices it can work with and put a decent interface to control those devices from the Xbox One I would be impressed.

Easy to plug in and use. Comes with adhesive to tape the ends down which is really helpful.

It's the only rf extension I could find on short notice and is a licensed Xbox peripheral brand. I had trouble understanding how to set it up, but once I faced the rf in the right direction, it worked as advertised.

This is a basic IR cable, not much can be said. These are just standard IR cables, so you can use it with any device that will accept the standard 3.5mm plug. I use mine to replace a damaged elgato ir cable. Works like a champ.

I think the item info is misleading, I bought this thinking it would extend the reach for my remote, it does not do this. This is intended to REACH your equipment (TV, DVD, etc.) you plug it into the back of your Xbox (which is an IR output, NOT input) than stick the tips to the IR of your equipment. Other than me being a little confused from the info on the box, It does work for what it is intended.

Very easy to set up and use. It allows one to use the XBOX to control your cable box without the Kinect.

The emitters are functional and provide plenty of length. There are 3 emitters which all seem to pick up the signal. Double sided tape is included.

Bought this to control my cable box and tv via my xbox one since i dont have a kinect. i was expecting IR range similar what i get with my harmony remotes i have on other TVs in the house. The harmony blasts IR signals all over and can control everything in my entertainment center from one spot. This Power A IR Extender is painfully weak. its range is about 4 inches and has a very narrow cone on top of it. you are essentially required to tape the IR pods directly to the IR sensor on whatever you want controlled. you cant just string the IR pods to the front of your table/stand and expect it to reach the cable box 8 inches away and the tv a couple feet further. not happening. i couldnt even get it to work with the IR pod on the table directly in front of the cable box at any range. had to tilt it up and aim it to make it work. i ended up taping the IR pods to my cable box and tv with the supplied 3m doublesided tape. this technically functions and will work as advertised but know that you will likely have to tape the IR pods directly to whatever devices you want controlled. had i known this before hand, i probably wouldnt have bought it.

The ends come off very easily. I had to put them back on. Other than that works good.

Since I don't have a kinect I purchased this to help with so.e of the IR requirements. I was able to get all things TV, Xbox, cable box to talk to each other but now the cable box doesn't. I'm sure I just need to fiddle with the leads again. When it worked it worked fabulous.

This is one of those products that you never know you need until you have it. This probably has increased the range of my remote so then I can use it while across the room at my Workstation. This product is easy to set up and makes itself immediately useful.

This works well to change channels. It doesn't work with my soundbar, but that is because of the Xbox compatibility and not the extender cables. Just have to get the cable in the right spot, but it is reliable.

Does what it saids! IT works very well! Glad I bought it!

Very inconsistent, something the tv turns one with the Xbox and other times it doesn't. Not a good replacement for people who buy bundles without the Kinect

I got this so I could fully set up one guide, because I don't have connect. This does a great job working for my comcast remote.

I have an xbox without the kinect camera and this was a great workaround to have the xbox control my tv and cable box.
