Q: if its a wired controller then why the heck would it be able to unplug from its cord?
A: Three reasons. Most obvious is for the sake of storage and travel, cause wires are easier to roll up when they’re not attached to the controller themselves. Secondly, it’s designed to protect the switch in the case of a hard tug or someone tripping on the cable, which will cause the cable to unplug from the controller instead of yanking on the dock and dropping the switch. And finally, because the type of cable it uses is so common, it makes it really easy to replace if it gets damaged somehow.
Q: Is this controller compatible with any other devices besides the Nintendo Switch?
A: Yes, my son uses it for PC games as well

A: no you can not
Q: Does this work with the Switch Lite?
A: No, sadly the Nintendo switch lite is not compatible with wired controllers.

A: The switch dock has 3 USB ports, two on the side and one in the back with the AC and HDMI ports. You can plug the controller into any of these USB ports. Please note that this means you can only use this controller when the switch is docked, and cannot be used when in Handheld mode.
Q: Can I use multiple of these controllers at the same time if I want to play with friends?
A: Yes, our boys use 2 of these controllers and do 4 player on Minecraft when their friends come over.

Great value for the price
I’m really impressed with the PowerA controller. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and very responsive. Perfect for casual and even serious gaming. The battery lasts a long time, and the build quality feels solid considering the price. Highly recommend it if you don’t want to spend too much but still want reliable performance.

PowerA Wired Nintendo Switch Controller Review
The PowerA wired Nintendo Switch controller is great! I just love the big analog sticks. Keeps my thumbs from sliding off when playing Crash Bandicoot! Overall a great budget controller and I would highly recommend it. Plus it is an official Nintendo Switch licensed controller so you know it is a premium quality controller. Thanks Best Buy for the fantastic deal! ;D

Love this controller
I bought this because my boys can't be trusted with the $60 remotes. These are tougher and cheaper. They held up nicely, and cool designs. I love them so much. I bought 3 for the family, and they work on my PC for other games.
