About this product
The band's first since 2022's acclaimed Arrangements, Ill at Ease also marks the group's first with Born Losers. The record finds Preoccupations drawing upon new inspiration, both sonically and from lived experiences, to create the dynamic eight tracks that make up the project. Ill at Ease maintains the groups signature post-punk sound that's earned them accolades from Pitchfork, Brooklyn Vegan, and others, while drawing upon the nostalgia from the music of the 80's and 90's that served as a major influence for the album. Details 1. Focus 2. Bastards 3. Ill at Ease 4. Retrograde 5. Andromeda 6. Panic 7. Sken 8. Krem2

DIRE STRAITS / COMMUNIQUE - original album on 180 gram vinyl. The performances on Dire Straits' Communique are so smooth and effortless, they were originally criticized for replicating the blueprints of the band's breakout debut. Time, however, has a way of changing perspectives and exposing the truth. Long after it's original in June 1979, Communique rightfully takes it's place as the group's most underrated record - a nine-track set spiked with engaging storytelling, relaxed vibes, and deceiving simplicity. 180g 45RPM 2LP Reissue 1/4Inch / 15 IPS analog master to DSD 256 to analog console to lathe. Album Tracks 1. Once Upon a Time in the West 2. News 3. Where Do You Think You're Going? 4. Communique 5. Lady Writer 6. Angel of Mercy 7. Portobello Belle 8. Single-Handed Sailor 9. Follow Me Home
