I am a widow and do not know anything about printer set ups. I was really needing help and Best buy came through for me by treating me with respect in my home and setting up the printer. Not only did they set it up but they also trained me so that I could run it. I had no issues with it after the in house visit. Not only do you set up printers but you have a major impact on lives. Lives like mine that need assistance with computers and electronic devices. It took a lot of stress off of me and peace of mind that I had what I needed to get things done!

After having our HP printer setup for us by Stacey we are now able to use it for all our needs. We enjoy our new printer and not having to purchase ink cartridges all the time.

Randy Woodley & Christian Gonzalez-Ramos were so helpful. They were able to set up my problem printer to work. I was told it was irreparable and they were able to set up a solution so I could use it. Smart, Funny and didn’t quit when it didn't work the first time.

Printer runs great and set up was very easy. Love the fact you can scan. The ink cartridges last quite a long time. Reordering is made simple as well.

After 4 trips out with Geek Squad, somebody finally got it right. Took him 1 1/2 hours to figure out that the printer’s configuration was off which was causing Wi-Fi not to work. Kudos Sammy for finally getting me connected.

DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD!!!!!!! I called and ordered service ( to which you must pay BEFORE on the phone when u order the service instead of one they complete the work). I was given a 12 hr 7a-7p) window 2weeks from the date I ordered for Sat, 9/13th and was told I would get a text the night before with a narrower window time frame. I called at 8pm the night before as I still hadn’t received the text. After waiting over 10mins to speak to crappy rep, they tell me that I’m not on the schedule ( even though when I pulled it up online it does actually say I have an appt and the window is from 10a-2p, as well as a message saying that I need to schedule the appt… makes sense right, hence the call… so I’m told I’m not schedule and the next appt is on a Thur, to which defeats the Sat. appt I originally scheduled due to work conflicts during the week. She tells me that I HAVE to take that date to which I tell her I don’t have to do anything I don’t want. I ask for when the next Sat appt. Is, its 9/27th… another 2 weeks.I at this point ask for a manager, no surprise, not a single manager available. Of course by this point I’ve lost it as no one called to tell me they canceled my appt. Or they need to reschedule, thank God I had the smarts to call instead of waiting the entire day for no one to show. In order to get my refund and cancel the service, I had to threaten a lawyer three times before she cancelled the appt

The agent set up my Epson ET-4760 printer to my laptop, tablet and cell phone. The printer print single and double sided. Flips the paper from the short or the long side. Prints in B&W or in color. It holds a good amount of paper and of cource is economical with the large ink containers. It prints quickly. I am very satisfied with this printer

A Geek Squad agent named Aaron came out to my house to set up my new Epson Workforce WF-7840 wireless printer. The set up process was somewhat involved and required downloading some software. The agent was quick, efficient, polite and answered all my questions. My new wireless Epson printer is working fine!

Everything was fantastic, however I forgot to ask the Greek squad gentleman if he also installed the Int security, I had purchased as well. Can you please have someone find out for me? If not I will need help getting that taken care of, thank you for your help. I have sent a picture of my receipt also.

I was going to attempt to install this air printer myself. Glad I didn’t. I wouldn’t have figured out some of the details to get it up and running. Saved myself a bunch of stress having it set up by someone that knows how!

Geeks from the Squad have been wonderful. They set up my computer and printer, explained and demonstrated how to refill ink, remove paper jams, and they got the two items talking to each other using wifi.
