I bought an HP network all in one printer and installed the software. It worked fine briefly, then every time I tried to print the printer was “offline.” The Geek Squad person did a great job, uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I watched as he worked remotely on my computer. It was something I could never have figured out myself. This was during the pandemic shutdown, so returning or replacing the printer would have been difficult—and unnecessary. The printer works great, but the software is a problem. Thanks to the Geek Squad I am able to keep on printing and working.

This rating is intended for the fifth agent who finally solved my problem. Four other agents in turn could not do it and passed it on to the next one but finally the fifth person after at least three hours succeeded and the printer still prints wirelessly, which it had refused to do before. I had moved and I have been unable to reconnect the printer for wireless function. I have already done a review and given this man credit, but I have made many tech-support phone calls in addition to the printer, so I no longer remember his name. I am deeply indebted to him.

I have an IT background and was frustrated because I could not connect my laptop to new printer wirelessly. I was able to connect via USB. All my other devices connected to the printer wirelessly. I contacted the Geek Squad. I appreciated that the tech remoted in and we talked on the phone simultaneously which allowed me to discuss what I had tried with no luck. All along, tech explained what he was doing and ultimately had to reconfigure a port, had me reset the modem - SUCCESS. Without the tech’s knowledge, support and patience - I would have returned the printer to Best Buy.

The instillation from the provided CD of The new Epson "Workforce Pro" WF-3730 stalled at the 12% level. I tried to download the system from the Epson Site and it stopped working at 13%. I engaged the Geek Squad and two techs working over the shift change got it working in all non-FAX functions (I do not send or receive FAXes). The printer worked in all non-FAX functions. It was good to have the printer working in all the non-fax functions. Nice job, Geek Squad!

My laptop no longer connected to my wireless printer. I attempted to reinstall from the disk and from downloading drivers from HP's website. I also downloaded HP's diagnostic tool. I searched troubleshooting on HP's website. I tried the same things repeatedly and got the same result repeatedly. I had to swallow my pride and ask for help. It was good service for the $40.

The Geek Squad fellow knows his stuff. He re-set my PC and got everything back in synch after the disastrous WINDOWS 11 download completely undid everything. Got my printer back up too. He's worth my money. Appreciate service at my door. Thanks

The Agent was knowledgeable setting up my wireless printer with easiness and explained everything that I need to know in the future; as well, giving the option to called you guys back for anything tech including setting up the printer again, if needed to be.

I liked the service but no one can tell me why my geneology program disapeared? What could the remote access have done to cause my program data to disapear? It presented me with a conundrum. I liked the tech support but, I am now presented with a new problem.
Geek Squad Tech set up my printer with all my devices and did an excellent job with no issues. He was thorough and explained exactly how to print with all my devices. It is working perfectly. Ibam very satisfied!

Doug was very professional when he came to set up our printer. he answered numerous questions and said if we had any problems to call back and someone from the geek squad would come and do what needed to be done.

I am new to computers. I didn;'t know how to set up my new printer as a default printer. The Geek Squad put the necessary files on my computer and set up my printer as the default printer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.
