It only dispenses a set amount of water. I cannot choose cup size. When wanting to run it a second time to get a larger cup full there is at least a minute wait before being able to run it again. The reservoir doesn't hold much water, so we are constantly filling it. The buttons to make it work are in an awkward place. I wish it held bigger (travel) mugs, but seeing how little it fills. I understand why it doesn't.

The inconsistency of each cup size brewed is frustating. Coffee is hot, but may be between 6oz to 12 oz: NOT a flavor plus feature. Purchased just before leaving for vacation only to discover that the return period was two weeks. Ugh. Really disappointed. I could pay the nine-ninety-nine Geek squad coverage and still return it but because I used Best Buy certificates I'd still be trashing thirty bucks. A coffee enthusiast, this experience left my cup bitter...and occasionally half-full.

This is a replacement for an old coffee maker that started to leak. I kind of like the specific 10oz cup size dispensed from the 40oz reservoir. My old coffee maker I had to fill for each cup, and I don't think I pour the same amount of water each time. Nevertheless, this is about half the price of comparable other brand coffee makers.

Coffee is hot, but takes forever. Brews a good cup but inconsistent with brew size. Goid for back upwhen older coffee maker stops working.

Was hesitant of buying a k cup machine, so tried this brand - Proctor Silex. Wanted something small and nothing special. The overall performance and dispense of the coffee has been great.

Looks good; sensible cup height adjustment. Unfortunately, it didn't perform, from the outset. Water didn't fully dispense. Either ground coffee or cup coffee. A full cup of water only produced less than one ounce, bottom of the cup. 2 minute wait, ON button pressed again, same result, no water, or some of the remaining water dispensed. Use is two to three times a week; same problem, right from time of purchase. Would not recommend this single brew; if this occurs, then there is a mechanical problem / pumping mechanism failure that is widespread.

Super slow, almost ancient coffee maker. Makes one cup at a time and then needs 10 mins before it can make another one :-(

Luck wAs on my side the day i purchased this lovely piece. Sturdy, and pleasingly satisfying product. Allows to to go small or large. I even use it with my powder hot chocolate packets. Works gr8, quickly and hot cup every time. Other name brands ive found to not flow hot as i would prefer. I can only hope that your luck is as good as mine and get the Price is righteous deal i did.

Great little coffee maker. I use this in our motorhome because it’s small, narrow and fits just about anywhere. Great for someone with a small kitchen and works just as well as the big ones do.
