Wonderful product works well very Heavy duty, I was considering getting a more expensive one but this one works perfect, plus I have the total tech protection cause treadmills usually go out 3 to 5 years they will fix or refund. An can skip the ifit subscription don’t worry.

Bought last year thinking its a better product. Did not notice that the wheel is broken until its time to move the machine to a diff location in house. Contacted bestbuy, no support as 1year manufacturing warranty is in place. Had Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.). So have to call manufacturer. Hope they have parts available. With the broken wheel, the machine wobbles at high speed. Buyer be-careful

Love this treadmill! It was a pain to build, I though a devotee was in the cards for my husband and I while building it, but we got through it! I really love the iFit integration! It controlled the treadmill for you! It’s awesome!

As others have said screws are placed incorrectly. My husband can’t get the screws that are in sideways out. 4 are put in so wrong that without a drill we can’t get them out. When I messaged Bestbuy they were far from helpful and even partially rude. Id put the whole conversation in this but there isn’t enough room. They offered a 30 dollar gift card for this. . . Not to fix it. That wasn’t offered.

Was kind of easy to put together. Works fantastic but the screen sometimes has a hard time connecting. Could just be my terrible internet though. It’s easy to run on and it fairly quiet. All the motors and parts have lasted almost two so far with no sign of wear after weekly use by two people.
I did a ton of research, and although there seems like an endless variety of cheapest-to-most-expensive treadmill options to choose from, I landed on buying the ProForm Carbon T10 for the following top 5 reasons (not in any particular order): 1) I wanted to give IFIT a go and thought a year "free" would be plenty of time to decide if it's effective 2) T10 has a mid-range (2.75) chp motor (higher than cheaper models, lower than commercial, so a good in between) 3) The built-in tablet is more convenient & one less thing to keep charged & ready to go 4) There's a lot of hidden "bells & whistles" not advertised that I found on YouTube 5) I replaced a 12yr old ProForm treadmill that had nearly the same dimensions as T10, and since I already love my space for it, I wasn't willing to move just to accommodate for "bigger is better" (upgraded / commercial models require more space) For all of the reasons above, I'm very satisfied with my T10, but it doesn't quite earn a 5-star review because I didn't find the cushioning to be any better than the 12yr old model. That surprised me because I was expecting to notice some level of a change, yet when I start running, it's no more of a cushiony experience than the old one (albeit far more quiet). Tip: If you're in a healthy relationship with your significant other or have a good friend, enjoy a bonding experience and put the treadmill together, together. Personally speaking, my husband and I can easily get frustrated with each other & typically perform poorly during these team-building exercises, so I gave him 2 options ahead of time...a) we can either try to put it together ourselves, accept that we'll likely argue over how best to do it, and spend the extra money on the protection plan, or b) we just spend the extra money on the install & forgo the supplemental protection plan and argument. He confidently chose option "a" and we managed to put together the treadmill without a poor reenactment of the "War of the Roses". Much of our success had to do with the ability to scan the QR code and follow along to an automated voice and 3D instructions pulled up on his IPad. Great instructions (top-notch really), and upon completion, we proudly high-fived and further discussed how awesome we are over a bottle of wine. I'm enjoying IFit more than I expected, and although I've been a consistent treadmill user for years, I now get an urge to do it because I'm looking forward to my next workout with the trainer/series I selected. My husband never really enjoyed the treadmill to begin with, so he opted to get the NordicTrack S22i bike instead and is super excited about its delivery tomorrow (also purchased from BB). Me too!

Great treadmill. High tech, you get a 1 year membership for the online features for free. Quality and efficient. Does the job. Not noisy like most treadmills. Fan built in is breezy. Screen is big. It’s super heavy though

This is a great treadmill for home gym use. I would highly recommend it. It is sturdy, quiet, easy to use. It also has the fold-up space-saving ability as well just in case it ever needed to be pushed out of the way. It is a tad expensive so I am hoping that the quality lives up to the price. Time will tell, I have only had it for a month.

Overall a good treadmill with lots of features at this price point. As your conditioning increases you can start to max out some of the features if you're into HIIT. As to not max out my sprint I adjusted incline. Works great as a starter machine or for the more casual user that wants to get their steps in for the day.
The treadmill is solid. I was seeking a slightly bigger but quieter motor, wide tread, auto incline, and the safety shut off. All the boxes were check and plus it come with an auto fan for those hot and sweaty work outs. By the way, TOTAL TECH membership is awesome. For $200, geek squad delivered and mounted 2 TVs, delivered and installed treadmill, ring alarm, and carbon/smoke detectors. Love the convenience of not doing everything. Not to mention you will get "total tech only member" deals and I saved $600 off this treadmill. Benefit of 24 month protection for mostly everything you buy while being a total tech. And best buy did not pay me to advocate!

I've been using my treadmill for a little over a month. So far, I love it and consider it money well spent. I've been working from home since 2020 and put on a few lbs due to decreased activity. It took Best Buy a month to deliver & install the item but I'm glad its here. I would suggest paying for the installation. I had the treadmill set up next to my desk, i get on in the morning and I take four 10 min breaks/ walks throughout my work day. Now i get my 10k steps in a day. This is a sturdy and easy to use treadmill. Cons- no heart rate monitor, the fan is a little loud and not adjustable and i wish there were programs available that you don't have to use ifit for. I did not get a 1 year free ifit membership and the monthly ifit fee is not in the budget. Overall, this is a great product!

Easy to assemble and durable. I dislike that it needs subscription for maximum training/workout experience and sometimes the signal gets lost since it relies on internet connection.

This treadmill operates really well. The directions advises two people for assembly, but I was able to do it my self. The assembly directions are very detailed. I love console display. I don't use the I-fit program, but use the manual setting. I am 260 lbs and this machine does not even flex. I am really enjoying my exercise sessions. I would given a five star, but have only owned a short time. I would recommend the Pro Form - Carbon T10.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've had it about a year now. I'm loving it. My Garmin watch and heart monitor are integrated and provide realtime metrics. The iFit services are cool but I find them a bit expensive so I'm opting to use it in manual mode.
