I’ve enjoyed my Vue! Lots of workouts to choose from.

I am a big guy so I needed to make sure that this was going to be able to handle staying upright and fit my entire frame. This is tall and very reflective so works as a mirror when not turned on and easy to switch over to a full exercise. I can make a room shake when I’m working out in this extremely stable and heavy mirror stays upright and doesn’t sway at all no matter what I do. I am not technical but I was able to connect it to my Wi-Fi and login in about eight minutes from when I finally put it together which took about 10 minutes. I’m a strong person so I didn’t need any help carrying this or installing it but I could see how someone might struggle. It’s packed extremely well even though it’s fully glass yes really it’s an actual mirror. This is everything I expected it to be in more it’s a tractive and works very easily for me to be able to use any type of exercise and it’s very functional for someone like me who has a variety. I also like that it doesn’t take up much space so I don’t have to go out to my garage to use all of my equipment I can do this while just in my guestroom takes a very little room and every guest so far has said that it’s super cool and interesting. I definitely feel like I’m in next level exerciser when I have this in my repertoire

I like ans use the unit, however, in hind sight it would have made more sense to purchase the iFit membership ans use on my television. With that said, at $799 I'll be keeping this unit as the mirror does add the ability to monitor your form. But if you have a tv and a mirror, just pay for the iFit membership for half the price.

Bought the Vue and it worked for 2 days before the touchscreen tablet stopped working. Dealing with Icon, the warranty company for both NordicTrack and ProForm is a test in patience: hours-long waiting for someone to answer. When someone had, did their troubleshooting (10 taps on bottom right of screen with 5 seconds in between) to no avail. Customer Service Rep stated replacement would be shipped the following day- it never did. Multiple times of waiting for hours for someone to answer, to have them state that it would be arriving within days, without getting a tracking number that I requested. I gave the rating 2 stars as it worked great for the 2x I used it and that Best Buy honored the return. It couldn't be replaced as they no longer carried it...

This product really helped ease the worry about going to the gym amid a pandemic. The delivery made it easier for me as I did not have to figure out how to get this product in my car. They delivered right where I requested. Theand ease of use is amazing. To top it off...Best Buy's cost could not be beat!

Love this! Super easy to put together and use. Definitely has been a game changer in my fitness journey.

The product requires membership for continued use, cannot use unless you pay continuous membership for $39.99 a month, it might be better to pay a gym membership instead. The packaging promises a free 1 year of workout program but only give you 1 month saying it is an expired promo. Also I pictured the screen as the whole mirror but it is less than half of the actual mirror. I wish someone would have told me, not worth it for its price.

I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I needed all the help I could get figuring out this whole exercise thing. This mirror gives me the ability to watch trainer and see myself clearly! The picture and sound quality is great. The amount of workouts that it provides is more than I think I will ever finish. I love that it is free standing. I didn't have to mount it to my wall or worry about hanging it anywhere and the weights are hidden nicely behind it.

This machine was so simple to put together. It literally took longer to get it out of the box than the set up did. Very little assembly needed but definitely need two people as it is heavy and you need it held up while attaching it to the base. The screen was in excellent condition. I was concerned about it getting scratched or broken during transportation but that was no issue since it was packaged very well. If you already have an Ifit account it is as simple as turning it on, logging in and you are good to go. If no account it looks like you can set one up right on the machine. Once I logged in all of the workouts appeared locked. I talked to Ifit through their Facebook messenger page and they were quickly able to walk me through updating machine and I have not had any issues since. There are plenty of great workouts to choose from weather you are looking for strength, yoga, or stretching. There is something for everyone. The touch screen is very responsive and video quality is great. The weights storing right on the back of machine is really great. Just swivel the mirror to the side and you can access everything you need. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking into an a mirror for their workout room. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Mirror combined with the workout videos is a game changer for keeping form honest.
