You get what you pay for, $20 and the boom arm while it is okay it is not the best. It is built fine and it keeps the weight of the microphone fine the only down side is just that the pieces are just cheap. I wanted to install an pop screen and it was just crap. It kept leaving dents on the arm ( you can see those indents on the red circles). It does it's job well, but just the quality of it is cheap. On the plus side, it comes with a free XLR cable!

This fits microphones smaller than a yeti. Many beginner mics are smaller and usb, so the xlr cable in the boom wont be useful, but itll hold the mic. It is tension based and you can only tighten it so much, so no boat anchors. Have used this for about a month now on a nightly radio program. It does the job and is very affordable. I am using a samson meteor and it fits just fine in the suspension mount.

does the job, nice compact and perfect for lightweight microphones, if you have a heavy mic this isn’t the best option.

Cheapest boom arm I've found. Includes an embedded XLR cable, which I don't need at the minute, but maybe later? C-Clamp seems fairly week and could be stronger, so just don't arm wrestle the boom arm.

Works great, although sometimes it will tend to fall a bit (mostly due to the weight of my microphone). Cokes with different attachments, including a clip for a cardioid microphone as well as a shock mount for compatible mics

Its a great start up mic stand if you’re thinking of recording a few videos or streaming. Economical but definitely need an upgrade once you get past your initial stage

This microphone bracket broke after three months. The metal from which the bracket itself is made gradually stretches and then breaks. Not recommended.

I use this for my telecon for mounting my USB mic. I am not using the mic wire that came with it and I cant easily remove it. The mounting kit is sturdy and it holds the base firmly on the desk. It came with several mic attachments. I use the one with a rubber suspension. The flexibility is quite good and it floats the mic just like any other mic boom. It stays in place and doesn't make a lot of noises when you stretch it. Over-all it's a good value for money.

Got this for podcasting and so far has been good but just feel like the overall build quality could be better. The built in XLR cable is so nice!

Right now it is currently holding up a "Blue Yeti Nano". Its seems fairly sturdy. Doesn't look like I can remove the XLR cable without cutting the ends off. I did not use the shock mount (not yet anyway) because it would make the volume (mute) button a pain to use. If you look up how much a blue yeti nano weighs, just keep in mind the stand it comes with is the bulk of the weight.

I was looking for a mic arm for my Razor Siren Mini and stumble upon this while searching. The Mic arm comes with two different screw sizes so you can change the size if you mic does not fit. So it fits perfectly with my mic. The only thing is that I wish I can remove the XLR cord it came with, but at least I can kinda tuck it between the stand. Also it might not be the best of quality but it gets the job done.

Works as intended, I had this Mic stand for about 6 months now and i can say it serves its purpose. Perfect for someone just getting into streaming or just likes the look of having a boom stand for their Microphone.

Mic boom arm works perfectly. Thought it’d sag alittle with the weight of my mic but it holds nicely. The shock mount is alittle too light for my blue yeti but I’ll just order one separately that’ll fit it correctly. My main interest was just to get the arm and seeing as how it’ll work with a different shock mount I’m very pleased

Didn't realize this would have excess wires that would be dangling, so be mindful if you're buying it as a desktop attachment. Excellent quality outside of the little dangling wire though.

The stand is great and I haven't had any issues with the integrated XLR cable or spring tension. There's a nice rubber pad where the arm mounts to the table, but it's bright green and stands out, and has left a highlighter-yellow stain on my desk where the arm is mounted.
