I have been using Quickbooks for my business needs for many years and thought it was time to upgrade. Well that was a mistake! I purchase On-line Simple smart and I would NOT recommend this at all. The program isn't user friendly at all and I have been on Quickbook for over 20 years. The focus is not what all businesses need. Very disappointed and its upsetting to have paid so much when I can't make any use of it.

I purchased this product and got the download code and it was for a Trial version. Best Buy nor Intuit will make this right. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM BEST BUY!!!! They will not back up this product! They tell me to deal with Intuit and Intuit tells me its Best Buy's problem!!!
