Quicken works well, has nice graphic features, is quick and convenient to use, but to be honest with you, I haven't used Quicken often. That's because the typical online Banking Systems nowadays when you login, usually provides the same features and functions that Quicken does, if you know to utilize the online banking resources.

I use Quicken only as a check registry and therefore I purchased the least expensive version as I always do. That was mistake. I cannot write checks using the computer as I could in the past. It is very slow loading and does not always want to load. I am not particularly happy to have to rebuy the program annually but that seems to be the trend nowadays. A month before my subscription ends I am advised to repurchase. The only problem is that the new version begins the day of installation so I could easily lose a month by not being careful as to when I purchase the program. My current subscription ends on April 28 and that is the day I will install the latest and not cheapest version.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th version of Quicken that I have purchased over the years. Enhancements have been made with each release and this version is no exception. I use Quicken as a check register and balancing tool. I’m totally satisfied as the product exceeds expectations.

Love this. I had the 2011 and when I purchased a new laptop I decided to upgrade and I don't regret it. I did need customer service to help enable the categories but a quick call and this was resolved. No issues since and I love being able see my balance a year out. It makes it easy to move money to savings with confidence. Definitely helps me stay on budget and I can also see when I can put extra money toward a bill (just paid off my credit card) without causing myself financial hardship down the road.

We were already users of an older version of Quicken. The newer SW was easy to install and works great.

I've used this product for many years but am not happy with the 1-year subscription requirement. I'd prefer to buy the product once and use it as long as I'd like.

Purchased to upgrade obsolete versions of Quicken for my father-in-law, got it installed and worked to get him familiar. He will not need the online access, I have been using Quicken since it was available in DOS.

I am very impressed that I was able to import my MS Money accounts to this product with very little hassle. I am still having issues learning the new program so i had hard time reconciling my accounts for the first time, but I am confident that I will learn over time and am so relieved to not lose many years of financial information!

I’ve used Quicken for more years than I can remember. Unfortunately Quicken has gone to a “subscription” based product. I HATE IT!!!!! I don’t need to be forced to pay you every year for nothing new. I love the product but am thinking I will not renew because I should not be forced to pay when I don’t need or want to.

I was disappointed in Quicken because it is now a subscrition instead of a complete program

I bought this to install on a replacement laptop. I had an older version on my earlier one but when I made the switch to the new one, I found I did not have the original installation disc. The Geeks advised me I had to buy a new one, which I did, and it runs just as well as always.

Takes some getting use to but it should work for us. I don’t care for the subscription part of using it.

Have used Quicken for many years. Downgraded to the starter version as I no longer needed the investment versions. Just the simple checking and savings.

I used to use an older quicken and just bought the newer, better and almost intuitive program. So complete and user friendly. You wont go wrong. You can always upgrade as there is a program that incompasses business, etc.

Basic accounting tool and works for my needs for budgeting and keeping track of bills to pay on a regular basis. May not be as intuitive as others may want but relatively easy once you get the hang of it. Power users may want to look at the versions that offer more IMHO.

Good price. Better than the auto renewal price offered by quicken

Great for the home user. I don’t have a need for business software and I had used a previous version for years. Not sure if I will renew the online services though.

I sold my business a few years ago and didn’t need Quickbooks anymore, I needed a simple, nice little personal check book program. There was a learning curve with the switch that may have been easier if i hadn’t switch from a PC to an IMAC at the same time. However, the solutions to questions were easy to google.

So easy to use and to balance all your accounts. Easy to connect and they have great support if you have any questions
