The RackSolutions Horizontal Offset Cable Tie Bar gives cable a fixed anchor point behind rack-mounted equipment, which is the difference between a bundle that stays dressed and one that sags into the next rack unit. The 4in offset holds the bar clear of the equipment face so cables have room to turn. Slotted L shaped flanges accept ties for both copper and fiber optic cable. It fits any 2Post or 4Post rack with square, round or threaded holes and meets EIA-310. It suits static mounted equipment directly, and can be used with sliding equipment as long as cables are released before the slide is extended. It is a simpler and cheaper alternative to a full cable management arm. All mounting hardware is included.
