I recently purchased a Rad Power e-bike and overall I’m really happy with the experience so far. The bike feels solid and well-built right out of the box, and assembly was pretty straightforward. You can tell this brand has a lot of experience making electric bikes, and it shows in the design and ride quality. What stood out most to me is how smooth and powerful the ride is. The pedal assist makes hills and longer rides much easier, and the throttle option is great when you just want to cruise. Range has been solid for my needs, and I’ve been able to ride for extended periods without worrying about the battery. I also like how versatile these bikes are — whether it’s commuting, running errands, or just riding for fun, it handles everything really well. Models like the Radster Road Electric Commuter Bike and RadRunner 2 Electric Utility Bike show how they cater to different riding styles. A couple small downsides: the bike is a bit heavy, which can make it harder to transport, and customer service can take some time depending on the issue. But once everything is set up, the bike itself performs great. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Rad Power Bikes to anyone looking for a reliable and fun e-bike without spending a fortune. It’s been a great investment and makes riding way more enjoyable.

These bikes are amazing! I am happier with this bike than I ever thought I would be. I now own 3 of them and I am considering a 4th. I feel like they’re very good quality and there was about an hour of assembly. I followed the video produced by Rad Power Bikes on youtube. You’ll just need a pedal wrench and some bicycle grease. All of the other tools you’ll need are included. This bike has several modes. It will run on one hundred percent battery power without peddling. It will go up to 28 mph but the pre-set out of the box is governed at 20 MPH. To be honest, that’s really as fast as I want to go on a bicycle. You can also pedal it like a traditional bicycle without using its battery. There’s also a pedal assist feature where you can set five different levels of assistance as you pedal. This feature is amazing; especially on inclines. I’ve noticed on multiple occasions the grin on my face that literally stretches from ear to ear as I ride.

I bought three and couldn’t be happier for me and two kids!! we ride through the state pRk of Lake Michigan mi! I would recommend this product 100% Cant wair to save enough monwy for the RADWAGON5!!

Just what was needed. After purchasing 2 other ebikes I found this on clearance. My power provider kicked in $200 too. Great deal! Get more my wife needs a new one.

Amazing bike. This is definitely an upgrade to my RadCity 4. The ride is smoother and the power is there. Meanwhile the nfc lock upgrade is awesome, however I have not figured out how to set it up with my phone. Additionally, the color is fantastic. The only thing, which I still may have to figure out, is that the RadCity had a battery lock function while this one it is either on or off the bike. I do recommend upgrading the seat but I think most people do this after they buy a bike

The Rad Power Bikes Radster Trail delivers an impressive combination of power, comfort, and versatility for both daily commuting and off-road adventures. Its strong motor provides smooth acceleration up to 28 mph, while the long-lasting battery offers excellent range, making longer rides worry-free. The large frame feels sturdy and stable, and the Copper Red finish gives the bike a premium, eye-catching look. I was especially impressed by how confidently it handles varied terrain, from city streets to gravel paths and trails. Overall, the Radster Trail is a well-built e-bike that offers outstanding performance, comfort, and value for riders seeking a capable all-around electric bike.

This bike is being used almost everyday. Peddle assist is nice on hills. Long range batteries.

Great first e-bike experience for me. It is a solid bike even for a heavy rider like me. I have moderate hills and slopes here and bike had no trouble climbing it, just dont let it drag and make sure you are doing good effort pedaling. I have never got so excited for a bike as this one before! Best Buy's pricing deal was the real push for me to go for it and didnt have to look back on anything else

What a bike! It’s like taking an exercise bike out on the road. Really fun to cruise around on. I would get the wide seat with the bike. Makes a big difference.

Great bike. No issues All extras work well Takes on hills no problems Going to get one for my husband

Love this bike. I have 2 other ebikes and this bike is awesome.

It is good, though its range is limited; however, it is excellent for use in branches, as it provides 6 hours of charge.

Great bike. Great looking color. Perfect sized tires love it

I have ridden many different ebikes and this is one of the best I've ever used! I love how effortless it feels to get going and how smooth of a ride this is. I assembled this bike myself and it was very easy...from in the box to riding it in less than two hours. This ebike has changed how I get around and I can't imagine life without it. I don't think there's a better value ebike out there.

This bike rocks. Feels like an actual product that went through years of development. I've had two bikes in the past that felt alright, but they just kinda seemed thrown together. This was an upgrade I don't regret.
