Hailing from Havana in the culturally rich, musically dense island of Cuba, the talented young producer Raphox absorbed the genetic imprint of the island - the unique Afro-Cuban rhythms and melodies, and meticulously began incorporating the these elements into his unique brand of down-tempo, lo-fi electronica. Firmly rooted now in the Miami area, Raphox draws upon his musical roots and expands upon the whole premise of down-tempo lo-fi electronica, incorporating hip-hop and Afro Cuban elements to create something entirely new, ultimately expanding the genre.Raphox is first and foremost dedicated to the uniformity of his productions, meticulously crafting beats and sequences into a cohesive whole.
