The RTS307 is a model from the Ratio Skysurfer Pilot series, sharing many of the same key features as the RTS314 but with some distinct differences, primarily in its design.

• Movement: It is powered by the same reliable Seiko NH38A automatic movement with 24 jewels, a 40+ hour power reserve, and a seconds-hacking feature.
• Case and Crystal: The case is made from 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. A key difference from the RTS314 is its smaller case size, with a diameter of 38mm, making it a more versatile and wearable option for a wider range of wrist sizes. It also has a screw-down crown and a double-domed sapphire crystal.
• Water Resistance: Like the RTS314, it boasts a significant 200m (20 ATM) water resistance rating, which is unusual for a pilot's watch and makes it suitable for various water activities.
• Lume: This is the most notable difference from other Skysurfer models. The RTS307 has a full luminous dial, meaning the entire face of the watch glows in the dark, providing exceptional visibility in low-light conditions.
• Design: The watch has a classic Type A Flieger pilot watch layout with Arabic numerals and a prominent triangle marker at 12 o'clock. The hands are a two-part design, creating a 3D effect. The case back is engraved with an image of a skysurfer.
