Ray Parker Jr - Other Woman - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

On the second InchRay Parker, Jr. And RaydioInch album, and Ray's fourth overall, 1981's InchA Woman Needs LoveInch pretty much picks up where 1980's InchTwo Places At The Same TimeInch left off. The recording blends Ray's penchant for catchy melodic grooves, anthems for respect, carnal desires from women, and butt shaking dance grooves. Three singles were culled from what would be the last InchRay Parker, Jr. And RaydioInch album. First single, and one of the band's highest charting Pop entry, was the album's title track which hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart. The song also hit No. 4 on Billboard's Hot 100 Pop Singles chart, and No. 11 on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart. Includes original album remastered from the original master tape and 3 bonus tracks. Limited edition of 2,000.

Gardens & Villa - Music for Dogs [COMPACT DISCS] date 08/21/2015

Digitally remastered and expanded edition including one bonus track. Two Places At The Same Time is the third studio album from Raydio, the group led by session guitarist/songwriter/producer Ray Parker, Jr. Like the two albums that came before Two Places At The Same Time, the featured eight tracks; one of them, InchUntil The Morning ComesInch was written by Parker and vocalist Arnell Carmichael. For another song, InchTonight's The NightInch, Parker teamed up with famed keyboard player Herbie Hancock. Opening up this funk tour de force is the up-tempo and danceable, InchIt's Time To Party NowInch. Co-lead vocalist, the equally talented Arnell Carmicheal, with his distinguishable vocal style, performed sole lead vocal duties and it worked liked a charm. The show stopper of this magnificent opus is a track that is highly regarded as one of the best recordings in the history of funk music, the infectious InchFor Those Who Like To Groove.Inch
