Q: Is this Razer Chroma V2 a clicky keyboard with tactile green switches?
A: This is the yellow switch version. Razer currently has 3 switches...green, orange, and yellow. The green are their normal mechanical switches. They have a longer press and a distinct click sound when pressed. The orange is their stealth model. It is still mechanical but has a much quieter sound. The yellow has a 1.2 mm travel time for activation...much quicker than the greens and oranges. They also have the stealth feature so they are quieter than the greens.
Q: Are the yellow switches fully mechanical?
A: Yes, they are. But they are linear so they are easier to push down compared to other mechanical keyboards.
