THE BEST Keyboard I can buy the BlackEidow V3 from Razer and seller front the best BEST BUY fast shipping and inventory
LadyG Posted
Please note, I did not buy this keyboard from Best Buy. I got mine from somewhere else. I just wanted to post this here to try and help others who are having an issue with some of the keys double-registering. Yes, it's true, we shouldn't have this issue on a brand new keyboard, and why it was released like this, is beyond me. However, not everyone has this issue, but a lot do, and I'd like to help you fix it. And thankfully, it's really an easy fix. Go to Razer's website, click support, then keyboards. Next, click on Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless. This will bring up the support page for this particular keyboard. Next, click on the green text at top where it says "View software, drivers and updates for download >". After clicking that, you will see the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless Firmware Updater Guide page. Clicking on download will open up the PDF firmware updating instructions. Inside of this PDF, there is the actual link to download the firmware, which, as of this posting, shows a Release Date: 17 Sep 2020. This could change at any time, should a newer update become available. Updating the firmware doesn't take long at all. And yes, it does fix the double-registering issue. I had the same issue with mine, after updating the firmware, everything works perfectly! As for the keyboard itself, I really like it. It's nice and compact. Looks and feels great to type on. RGB lighting looks very nice. Keyboard feels well made and sturdy. And it does have a metal top. It's exactly what I was looking for. Possible cons for some. The Razer Green switches are pretty loud when bottoming out. The top plate of this keyboard is metal, which adds to the noise. So, if you type like a woodpecker pecking on a tree, you're going to be making a lot of noise! I wouldn't recommend using it in the library, or where others are trying to sleep, unless, of course, you want a shoe thrown upside your head! LOL As far as I know, and I've looked everywhere, Razer is selling this particular keyboard only with Green switches, as of now. Maybe Razer will soon release one with the quieter Yellow switches, if you prefer those. I hope this post was helpful to you. Enjoy your new keyboard!

Great quality , love that you can change your colors.

Pros: - Nice RGB - Compact size, Cons: - came out the box with double-typing issues but is fixed by latest firmware. - Audible electrical noise caused by the RGB lighting. Can be defeated by lowering brightness. - Too loud typing noise.

Good build quality. The razor green switches are just fun to click. Feels good under the fingers. A good sleek keyboard with very good rgb effects that look good on a black keyboard would recommend

A fairly good keyboard if you want a TKL edition that’s nice and clicks loud. My concerns was that there is no USB port, no headphone jack, or a dedicated media button other than pressing the “FN” key plus F1,2,3. Also the razer logo below the space bar does not even light up. Speaking of lighting this keyboard is NOT very bright compared to older black widows. It’s very dim and disappointing. But if you want a TKL razer keyboard maybe try the huntsman and research that instead.

My son loves his new keyboard. It’s smaller and lighter and the colors are fantastic. Definitely wish they were brighter.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I already have the Blackwidow Elite but wanted a TKL. Only issue I rant into was frequent double keystrokes, but after a quick search online I found that upgradj g to the latest firmware resolved it. I would recommend checking your firmware version when you first hook this up.

10/10 keyboard, I've been using the blackwidow gaming keyboards for over 8 years now.

Great keyboard. The cord is a little annoying and old school, but good quality.

I have had no issues with this beautiful keyboard. it's very responsive and feels great to type and game on. it just feels, right. not really sure how I could describe the feeling of it, but it is a nice addition to my gaming set up. the lighting is customizable and because of its size it is very compact. highly recommend if you're gonna game on the go and need a keyboard to use.

This is a great keyboard, my son loved it , he said that it’s a great starter keyboard for PC gaming. The RGB is very vibrant and bright and the keyboard has very smooth and clicky key switches. The only thing that it doesn’t have is a wrist rest but it still is an overall great quality keyboard.

Great build, look, and feel. Very sturdy and well made. I did have issues with the E, S, and F keys sticking though.

Excellent minimal design with nice clicky key switches that are not as harsh sounding as some MX Blue switches. However, the Razer software can be a bit of a pain to manage at times. Still a great value keyboard!

Great keyboard. Saves tons of desktop space. A little cheaper quality plastic than my full size original Black Widow Chroma from 4 years ago, but I use it more for gaming than typing, so no complaints! Great RGB customization!

But this for my daughter for her online gaming. She customized her own computer. Let's keyboard complements it perfectly. Also makes the clacking noises that she makes when typing. She's very happy with this keyboard.

The best feeling keyboard I've ever had. Super easy to keep clean. The Razer Gren switches are the best. The software (Synapse) is horrible.
