Q: Whats the refresh rate on the laptop? 144 or 60? Is the Rtx 2060 max q or full?
A: I bought it listed as RTX 2060, but received RTX 2060 Max-Q.
Q: How is the battery life?(going into college)
A: usually get around 4 hours with dimmed screen, back-lighting on keyboard turned off and playing youtube or other video service...
Q: Can anyone check the system info and tell if its rtx 2060 or 2060 max q
A: I'm not 100% sure how to verify, but I checked system info, dxdiag and HWInfo and none of the three specify Max-Q. I've attached a photo of the HWInfo details for it if that helps.
A: I was told by my friend who works at Best Buy it depends on the store some stores and still trying to sell out the old 2019 models so they don’t become dead stock.
A: I got a full on 2060, not a Max q. Also if you are going to game on it I would recommend a desk fan thing to help with thermals.

A: This model is single zone.
Q: Can you charge this laptop through USB-C?
A: no, only on the advanced model
Q: Is it easy to expand this laptops internal memory or would I have to buy an external hard drive?
A: I expanded both the RAM and the hard drive. Easy to do. The RAM I had to order from New Egg but the Hard Drive Best Buy carries. If you get Geek Squad Tech Support, they will install it under that for no extra charge.
