Q: I see that it uses SSD, can this be upgraded? Would it be other SSD or are there slots for M.2 SSD as well or in place of? Additionally can the RAM be upgraded to 32GB, how many slots are there?

A: Doesn't have SSD slots. It has 2 PCIx4.0 slots which are for m.2. Up to 64gb ram installable

Q: What is the resolution of the webcam?

A: FHD, nearly all Blades I’ve owned were fhd. From Razer site: Windows® Hello built-in IR HD webcam (1080P)
