Q: Does this have buttons that change the sensitivity that can be used on mac?
A: You would most likely have to download the razor software for the mouse, there are buttons on the top left of the mouse that you can use to change the DPI. (DPI meaning how fast the cursor moves across your screen)
Q: Can the mouse wheel click left and right too?
