I spend a lot of time gaming - A LOT. I am 6’1 255 and this chair is great. I have lower back problems and this chair is very firm. Its also made of really nice material. It says you should use two people to put it together - but I did it in 25 minutes. Great buy!!!!

Extremely comfortable. I like the lumbar, its really nice on your back. It takes a few minutes to get used to it, but its much better for those who are sitting for long periods of times. I bought mine for up at my office, and it is definitely a lot better than any other chair ive owned/sat in. Assembly was incredibly simple, and I liked how big the instruction "mat" was. I was able to put it together in less than 15 minutes. The cushion is a little stiffer than i was expecting, but its actually better for my posture, and the high back is wonderful. Now I need one for my gaming desk at home!

Quality seems really good.. wasn't expecting it to be really comfortable but its suprisingly comfortable!

I sit about 10-12 hours a day. Working, gaming and producing music. This chair is without a doubt the most comfortable thing I ever sat it. The packaging is top knotch too. Comes with gloves to wear during assembly. It doesn't get more epic then that. I'm 6'1 225lbs and I fit in it perfectly.

Took a little bit to get used to, it’s a bit stiff. But def durable and holds up.

Excellent value and comfort. This chair feels really solid and really balances the line between support and comfort. It feels a little hard on some areas, then you realize its supporting your back exactly where it needs to and the lower cushion is firm, but yet the quilting is very gentle. Very little fatigue with this chair. The X really just loses the 4D arms, but that really doesn't matter much to me. Box is a bit big and awkward so do as it says and get help to move. Instructions are pretty straightfoward to assemble (really very little parts and everything you need is in the box).

I don't understand why people would pay $500-$600 for the SecretLab gaming chair. This chair is not only comfortable, but the quality and price range are just right. I wish they offered a white variation though.

Excellent chair for the price. A little firm in the padding but shaped and supported well so its actually comfortable sitting for long periods. Its also very stylish. Obviously a gaming chair, but fits in my office well.

Seat is a little on the hard side and installation was more difficult than usual when installing chairs but overall this chair has nice lumbar support and materials are nice.. Plus the packaging is cool!

This chair is a good fit to help keep you relaxed and mobile when going from one match, to waiting for the next to load. It is comfortable and helps keep your posture from slouching too much. The arm rests sadly did detatch themselves and it is pretty easy to flip yourself when getting a wire caught under the wheels. Support was very responsive, currently waiting to hear back from them. It really is a solid choice for a gaming chair after using a picnic chair for the longest

I got this chair for my boyfriend last Christmas and it’s by far the most comfortable gaming chair, we love the reclining feature and it’s just nice and firm but comfortable and can game for long periods without feeling uncomfortable

Great chair, had it for a year and the star bar support cracked and the chair started leaning super hard. Talking with razer support now and they've been same-day responsive. So I'm hopeful. I'd definitely recommend the chair especially with the customer service

Really good chair I got in when was on sale on BLACK Friday for less than 300 it was really good deal and this chair definitely I can use it every day comfortably very strong build quality

There were a few issues with shipping and this took awhile to arrive. However, this is the most comfortable and best made chair I ever had. I would highly recommend this.

Purchased this little over 2 weeks ago and it has been amazing so far! Using daily for at home work and it is very comfortable, love how you could adjust the arm rests and back support. Great buy!

I'm six feet tall of absolute jacked muscle, but when I sit in this gaming chair my head rests right at the plastic divider. I would recommend getting the pillow and lumbar support with this model.
