This is such a great size freezer with 3 shelves. Fits perfect in small space and perfect for extra food that won’t fit in freezer in fridge. I’m thrilled with the front open design. I did not want a small chest freezer to hard to rearrange frozen food. This is GREAT.

I took a chance on this freezer as the reviews were either really good or really bad. Mine is the same. It is quite spacious and exactly the size I needed. But it was quite dented up with one deep dent rusted and the box quite torn and gashed. There is a big dent in the door. It feels very cheaply made. And LOUD. The temp gauge goes from 0 to 7 and to keep ice cream frozen I had to keep it on 6. If my budget would have allowed for a more expensive and better made one, I would have returned it.

With upcoming surgery I wanted to freeze some meals but had little space in freezer. Got this for that purpose. This inside is nice and easy to keep food sorted compared to chest freezer. One thing that could be better is - not sure yet but it is getting frost build up. It was humid when I got it but I guess most freezers today have automatic defrosting so I had not been mentally prepared. Forgot what it is like to have to get out that extra ice. Will not know till later how that works out. In the mean time it works great.

I ordered one of these for my dad. He was set on it. He seems to like it. My parents did set it up on a small table in their garage since it's a little short. The also let it sit 24 hours before plugging it in a per another review so the refrigerant settled into the compressor. Overall a nice little freezer. There is no light in it so if you're planning on putting it where there is low light you may want to also get an LED battery powered light to go inside.

This freezer is compact and fits in a small space but has a large capacity inside for all those extras, perfect for anyone who needs extra space for sale items etc.

Love my new freezer, it’s very quiet, has two shelves, no storage in the door, I just wish it had a light inside.

The freezer works well and holds a lot of frozen foods. The only downside is it's a bit loud but otherwise a great deal for the size.

We have needed an "overflow" freezer for awhile. This is about the same size as an "overflow" mini-fridge we have in the basement. I like that it has shelves rather than drawers. The directions say you must let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in to allow the coolant to resettle. We've had it a little over a month and it's been great with no problems. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it is not "frost-free" and must occasionally be defrosted which surprised me. I didn't realize manufacturers were still making freezers that needed to be defrosted.

The freezer worked just fine from March 20th until two days ago when it suddenly stopped working. It will not freeze and doesn't stay powered on long enough to get cold. I've been going back and forth with the service provider for the manufacturer's warranty for the last two days with no real solutions or assistance offered. The Geek Squad protection plan is currently worthless because Best Buy will not service any appliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything I had stored in the stored completely thawed and now I have a useless box. Save yourself the trouble and GO WITH ANOTHER BRAND.

This little upright freezer has been phenomenal! I bought it to help store some meats before the pandemic kicked off and it has been more than expected. I am floored at how well it has done. I have it under my high kitchen table and it has plenty of room to "breathe". I do not put anything on top of it (like pile stuff on it) and i have it plugged into a surge protector just in case. I absolutely love this little freezer.

Works really well and gives space needed for a small family. Shelves help to organize.

After plugging this freezer in, it did not freeze the ice tray water. The manual says if the freezer has been tilted to a 45 degree or more angle, the compressor may not kick in. The freezer was put on my porch when delivered and must have been tilted while carrying it up the stairs to my porch or previously when transported. The manual said to unplug the unit for a least 24 hours if this happens; replug it and it should start up, but after having done this several times, it has still not come on enough to freeze the ice tray water.

The perfect upright compact freezer. Large enough to hold a frozen pizza and many other items. Works well and is pretty quiet. Great price too. Thanks Best Buy!

We purchased this for extra food storage in our camper. Fits perfect and you can easily move it around, if need be.

Great little freezer. Only had it a few weeks but it has worked well. Very compact. Followed instructions and did not start unit until 24 hours after locating in position.

Picked up at the Holyoke store . I did not want the freezer directly shipped because of a possibility of damage which happened with the last purchase . As a staff member helped load it into the truck I mentioned my concern about the bottom of shipping carton looking all wet . He said not to worry it could be returned. Well with that said upon unpacking it was some kind of oil all over the shipping carton and freezer and a distinct odor of oil. Yes It got plugged in and it’s it’s dead :not working. Such a shame for consumers .Nothing in stock Always have to order. So Back it will go ...who has the time for this!!!
