How large is the remote itself? The product information says that it's 11" long, but I hope that's the packaging and not just the remote.

Answered by Happylady70Timothy, If you don't have a manual you can call RCA customer service and read the serial number on the back of the remote if their is one. I had directions on both of the universal remotes I purchased from Best Buy because not all features worked with the television I purchased. Look for a model number for any device you purchase so you can download directions or call customer service so you can troubleshoot. Take care.

Dynex tv remoteHello, I am buying a used 19 inch Dynex TV with no remote. I am wondering if this remote would work with that TV? Thanks!
Answered by ScottI bet it would. It has a very lengthy list of models for TV's, DVD players, etc. that it can control. I would try it out. If it doesn't, there's no reason you can't return it for another model. This is an economical choice.
