A: Timothy, If you don't have a manual you can call RCA customer service and read the serial number on the back of the remote if their is one. I had directions on both of the universal remotes I purchased from Best Buy because not all features worked with the television I purchased. Look for a model number for any device you purchase so you can download directions or call customer service so you can troubleshoot. Take care.
