    battery back up

    this is a perfect replacement for the old batteries. It gave new life to my back up power supply.

    Great replacement battery

    Great replacement battery for APC backup System. Old battery lasted about 10 years. Easy to install. Just open the unit, Pull out the old battery pack. insert the new one. it just drops into place. Close the unit and your back in business. Battery pack is a bit heavy. But then again it is a lead/acid battery. Disposal? Took it to a local battery store.

    best battery Ever!!!!

    I'm a tech Person. That means I do so much research on an item that it takes me months to complete my research. When I buy anything I want it to be the best ever, the best you can get! This battery is the best ever. PERIOD! I've been watching this battery and it's the finest! The best deal for real on what you can get for your money. I'm sure there's something better but for now I can't find anything that can come close to this battery!!!!!!!

    Exact Replacement

    This battery is an APC branded exact replacement. It was no more expensive than a generic pack from an unknown Amazon source, so it made sense to go with the name brand. No issues...

  • I think I am a bit confused on this. The models Supported seem to be backward from the #123. #124 is 24V(total) 9A and the #123 is only 7A for the smaller units. BR1500G is listed under #123. Is this correct or is the listing wrong?

    i have xs 1000 witch is 7 amp hr, and the xs1500 is the 9 amp hr. i would assume, you could use a 123,or124 the hook ups are the same, and they are the same size. of course the 124 will give a little more down time. i did not test this because mine went out at different times this is only my assumption.

  • Will any more of these batteries be available through BestBuy? I purchased two of the BR1500G UPS systems and it seems a bit odd that when the batteries finally need replacing they are not available where I purchased the original products. Planned?

    Not really unusual. Check with interstate battery if BB doesn't have them.
