Played it on gamepass and then bought it on Xbox. Amazing fun game. Bought the Switch version for collection. Hope they get more though because my case though sealed has a crack :(

This game released today on 4/29 and I noticed it was nearly sold out all over the city!!! Only 1 store had a "low stock" and I made sure I pulled the trigger to make this purchase. Glad to add this to my collection!

Love Metrovanias? Loved Castlevania Symphony of the Night? Considering that Konami hasn't released a new Castlevania game for ages, this can satiate that craving. Unfortunately, I'm personally not familiar with the manga/anime in which this game adapts from so I can't tell you much about the story. The gameplay resembles much of Castlevania SotN. Gaining new abilities, exploring new and revisiting old areas, fighting intricate boss battles, equipping items, leveling up; all essential ingredients reminiscent of metrovanias. In addition, there is absolute gorgeous pixel artwork/animation. I'd say it borrowed much inspiration from SotN. The one problem with this game is that it's too short! And because of that, I docked a star. The main story can be completed in roughly 6 hours; 8 hours for completionists. I would love to see a minimum of 20 hours for this type of genre but perhaps they can bring more in a possible sequel. But just because it's a short game, doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a try. For the switch version, it mostly runs @ 60fps but there are slow downs in some areas. Nothing terrible, I would say. For such a short game, I think it's well suited for a handheld. Overall a good metrovania. Recommended!

It's a great game like, symphony of the night, but it's rather short. To bad it does not have much content. If this game had a third as much as, Symphony of the night, Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth would have been a even better experience. I don't dislike the game, quite the opposite. This game is so good it deserves to of had a bigger map/dungeon layout. I got a restock from, BB and as soon as I bought it, it was sold out again. I was lucky to have this game. I hope, Deedlit gets another restock from, Best Buy. The "ESRB" version is a difficult game to find at the suggested retail price.

Amazing 2D metroidvania that looks and plays like Castlevania with a female protagonist. Awesome art style with great bosses. This game sold out before it even launched so it is very popular, if you get a chance you should definitely pick this game up.

This game is so good! To be honest I never watched the anime it's based off of but now I'm intrigued to give it a shot. The controls are so smooth and combat is so fun! Definitely buy it if you're able to find it!

Fun and very challenging for a Metroidvania game, play this game of your fan of Castlevania and Metroid.

If youre a fan of Metroidvanias this is a must have to play and add to the collection. Im glad I was able to buy a physical copy.

A great game for those of us who like the retro style type gameplay where you don't need 4K graphics to enjoy a game.

I bought this game because it was a good sales price. Turned out to be a great RPG game. Would recommend.

A short, difficult but fair Metroidvania. It's only about 5-6 hours long and not a ton of replay value, but considering the seemingly low print run, glad I grabbed this when I did.

Fun Metroidvania based off of a classic anime. Glad I ordered this when I did. Didn't realize it was going to turn out to be so hard to find.

If you like Castlevania and are a fan of Record of Lodoss War then you will like this game.

Game pretty so good but very short about 8 hours beat it so very enjoying! likely same old classic Castlevania! any stores Out of stock so hard finding physical Games..i gladly finally get one for my Collection
