*NOTE- the picture on the website is a PS4slim, but the product is a PS4PRO* I have had good luck with refurb videogame products from Nintendo, so I figured a SONY refurb would give similar results. it did. White box, marked as refurb, everything was in the box as expected. The Controller is brand new, best I can tell. The PS4PRO was 99.95% new looking, aside from the smallest mark on the rear, which I only found because I was looking for anything showing it had ever been used. Everything works as expected, I wouldn't hesitate to order another. I hung the PRO with a TOTALMOUNT, put decals from decalgirl on the unit to brighten up the room.

Just wanted people to know if you are considering purchasing a refurbished PS4 pro from Best buy.... It's great. You miss out on the the unboxing experience if new.. And doesn't come with that cheap plug in earpiece. Controller (the new version) and system condition are perfect. The one thing I was worried about was that some of the early systems made alot of noise. In this case the system is very quiet....even when playing God of war on my Samsung 4k tv. So if you are looking to save a few bucks to get this system...I say go for it. Currently $350 on Best buy.com and comes with the same warranty as a new one. Oh yeah...the pic on the website shows a PS4 slim....but rest assured...they give you a PS4 pro. I used part of the savings to get a 4tb external drive ($109)... Highly recommend.

I have been saving for quite a while and saw the refurbished PS4 listing. Since it is certified by Geek Squad I jumped on it. Glad I did. I have just a 1080P TV but the graphics still look great and it loads very fast. Have had it for a week now and I am enjoying it very much. I have no complaints so far. It was in great condition when I opened the box and it had all the cables and attachments a brand new one would. I did take the extended warranty just in case. If you're strapped for cash and can't afford a new PS4 Pro a refurbished one is a great alternative.

I was a little concerned with the ps4 being a "refurb" but, have been very surprised that it works well, with no issues! Couldn't be happier with it! The only issue I've had is when i first got it, it wouldn't power up. I just kept pushing buttons and it finally came on and has been ok. I do recommend a refurbished unit, its been great for us!

I purchased this as part of my new setup with my 4k Sony TV. HOWEVER Since Bestbuy could not pull their heads out of their bottom ends and kept screwing up my delivery date I canceled the TV and returned the PS4. Mind you i'm a BB Elite Plus member but honestly didn't make any difference with them correcting the issues and making up for the inconvenience. I did unbox it to ensure it wasn't damaged and that it functioned so BB couldn't say I damaged it. The over all condition was very good and no issues with turning it on and going through the menus. I wish BB hadn't messed up my order but I guess its a blessing in disguise as I can now wait for the PS5 to come out. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to get a PS4 as its a great price.

I received this 4 days ago and I am very pleased with my purchase. Came out of the box just like new...Not one scratch on it. Plays great! Almost half the cost of a brand new one.. Very happy!

I was a little leery to buy a refurbished PS4 Pro, but everything was exactly like brand new. Performs flawlessly, no issues whatsoever. A nice upgrade from the standard PS4

Decided to flip from XBox after Spider-Man came out. Was also in the process of buying a 4K TV, so figured I might as well buy a console to optimize that experience, and boy does it. I was a little apprehensive about buying a refurbished unit, but having Best Buy’s name behind it eased some of those nerves, and nearly a year later the unit is still going strong with nary an issue. Well worth spending a little extra money for.

There is considerable difference in loading speed and graphics when compared to the standard PS4 model.

Keep in my that I didn’t have any major issues with my original PS4 aside from the storage capacity. I purchased this to take advantage of my new 4K TV which made Netflix look superb and took PS4 pro enhanced games to the next level. I still stop and stare at times while playing a game. The added storage is so much better and gives me breathing room.

Best Buy sells the Sony Factory refurbished PS4s -- this way you know you're getting something that's been tested before being sent to the store. My PS4 came with what looked to me like a new but opened PS4 Dualshock controller, so that's nice. Everything on the console looks like it's in great shape, except the Ethernet port shielding on the back. It's bent a little, but works just fine.

So most games stopped playing in older ps4. Decided to get for my son to see if it was his console, guess so. This was a refurbished model, has some deep scratches around plug ins, other than that fine. He has not had non playing issues, loading is still slow, gets warm, so he has put it up on wood for vetalation. He's happy, so we are happy with our purchase.

And I have to say I'm very impressed. Graphics, gameplay, power, and ergonomics of the controllers are all great. More than happy with my purchase. I bought the refurbished model, so I saved some money and have noticed nothing indicating that this unit had been refurbished.

I was skeptical about how many times I’d play this PS4 but it has become a very happy and healthy part of my typical day :) I am also very please I went for the pro model. I play regularly online with friends abroad and the performance is stellar. This is a great console

This review is for the Pro. Had no problems with the refurbished version, and who doesn't want to save $$? My son says it is noticeably faster than the Slim and he is now always the first in his party to load in to a game.

There’s a good reason the Playstation 4 has sold more than 100 million consoles: it’s an excellent console. Its got a stacked library full of excellent exclusives both from Sony and third party publishers. The PS4 Pro is a solid choice for anyone with a 4K TV or an interest in VR, as its extra power shines here. Unfortunately, it can’t play UHD blu ray, unlike the Xbox One X, which might make that console a better choice if games are a secondary concern for you. If you don’t have a 4K TV or an interest in PSVR, the Pro’s extra power is kind of unnecessary, as PS4 games run fine on a PS4 Slim, although the pro does also boost video game frame rate on 1080p displays,

At first I was hesitant to buy a refurbished system, but after purchasing it and bring it home unboxing it open and playing all of my games I could not have been any more pleased.

Great system I thought I would have problems with it due to it being refurbished but I haven’t had any problems what so ever it works just as good as a new one
