I had a malfunction with my viper alarm installation. The hood was giving an me an error and the remote didn’t work correctly. I emailed the geek squad manager who asked the tech to come in and fix the problem. The tech came in on his day off and helped with the issue. I was impressed by the service. While I don’t like best buy’s Return policy, I have never had a complaint about Geek Squad.

With now a second child, I know what it is to deal with cold and hot. Got this system just before it became cold outside so you arrive to a cooled car and now with cold weather my auto thermostat for my honda pilot gets the SUV nice and warm. So not just about the engine. If you have kids and dont have time to run ahead to get it ready. This is worth every time. I got it on a deal discount plus and old gift card. So timing was great. Do it and you wont look back. Install was a bit long but no issues at all been like a month now.

Since I wasnt able to get my remote start and alarmed installed I couldnt afford to purchase a remote start and to pay $231 for installation. I had my Garmin installed instead. The guy that installed it was very nice and he did a good job installing it and even took the extra step to look up online what I needed and how much it would cost for me to have a radar detector installed. He was helpful.

This installation was included when I purchased my viper two way remote start and security system. Oh my nearby stores were booked up for 2 to 3 months but I kept checking daily and finally found a cancellation at a store about 20 miles away. The technicians got the truck in and in the end it has been working perfect. Love that I can see the temperature of the cab before I go out to the vehicle!

I purchased a Viper 2 way alarm I schedule the Installed The Technician Jeff was friendly and straight upfront about the time and the procedures to do the Viper alarm this item was highly recommended for a professional and a professional install is what i received very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

I live in a building and needed something that I could start the car with no matter where I was parked. This works amazing!! You can start the car from another State if you needed too. The guy who helped me decide what I needed was great, he installed it as well and was very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this to anyone.

This was the best experience I have had with equipment being installed in my car. I have used this store and installer before and was well aware of his skills an knowledge and made sure I got " Mario " to install my security and remote start system.

Making an appointment was very easy online and the service technician was very good, his work was clean, and I think he was more excited to install the system than I was to have it installed. The only reason why I have him 4 stars is because my appointment was at 10am, the store opens at 10, and the technician was running late.

Geek Squad installer was on time, quick, and did a great job hiding all the wires. When I came to pick the car up he walked me through how the remote start works and all the extra features. Overall- great service

The range of this auto start is 1 mile. I can warm up my car especially in this cold weather and still be warm inside :) very useful. The work done on my car is lifetime guaranteed so I'm happy with that.

The installation was included with my viper alarm. I trust the geek squad for any services they offer. I also like the warranty on the work.

The installation technician Seth is very knowledgeable and does great work.I have had 2 systems installed by him.and have had no problems. Would recommend using this install department.

I bout this as a package deal on a viper alarm and remote start system. The staff were knowledgeable and nice. Only complaints are that they were booked 5-6 weeks out, but worth the wait.
