I wanted to love these. I used hot rollers when I was in school and my hair usually holds a curl really well. I mostly use a crimper when I style my hair now to give it more of a wave. But I do love a good curly style for date night or special occasions. The idea of hot rollers was intriguing because usually they take a lot less time then sitting and curling my long hair. I think my hair may be too long or I may have too much hair. I fit all my hair in the ten included rollers. I could tell right away that these weren’t going to work out well, once the hair was fully wrapped and setting I could feel there wasn’t enough heating getting through how thick I had to wrap my hair. If I had double the amount of curlers this may have worked better for me but buying and storing two sets just to do my hair doesn’t seem worth it. I’ll stick with my curling wand or waver/crimper when I want to add more volume and texture. I’m going to have a family member with shorter hair and thinner hair try this out and see if it works any better on medium length fine hair.
