If you are looking for a basic no bells and whistles hairdryer, this is a great option. My wife had one die recently and picked this one to replace it since it had the "ceramic" feature. Don't ask me what that is but she felt it was helpful in preventing damage to her hair. She likes it very much, it dries her hair quickly (she has long and thick hair).
