Customer Ratings & Reviews

It’s exactly what we wanted. It’s easy to install and even easier to connect to already existing doorbell camera app. If you are on the fence, I say go for it! Picture is clear and easily seen even in the middle of the night. The screenshots don’t do it justice. However, when someone is in the area the lights do come on and the picture is clear despite my horrible phone camera.

We had an issue with our previous cameras from another company. The camera did not record a break in that we had and that company had terrible customer service. I immediately went to best buy and the staff member helped me out with choosing the Ring cameras. So far, we have been very pleased with the cameras operation, quality, and installation. I can't truly comment on how long the battery lasts since we bought the solar panels for each camera. We did have to charge one camera once because my Halloween inflatables would move in the wind and set the camera off, but I didn't mind. It was super easy to remove and charge the battery. Also, I did get a notification that someone was in my side yard and then my front yard. I immediately went to the front door and the person(lost delivery driver) hadn't even made it to the front porch yet, so I'm very pleased with quickness of the notification in a timely manner.

Excllent quality video live view and pic capability neighborhood watch and search for lost animals is a great feature great motion detection and strong wifi at 100+ ft from router !!

Purchased these more than once to surround my house. Works great with the Ring app. Battery life is fairly substantial. Probably have to climb up on a ladder 2x a year to charge the batteries in the backyard. Works very very well for something that is not hard wired. The Ring system is good for capturing movement even in the dark. Does not have to be hard wired, which makes installing wherever you want a breeze. Highly recommend.

The camera’s are high quality the motion detection system built into the cameras work really well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outside surveillance cameras.

Easy to install, love that it’s battery powered so I don’t have to mess with the cords. The video quality is great though it doesn’t reach far. It says it only reaches 30 feet which is a bummer because I need it to watch over my vehicle in an apartment that is a smidge over 30 feet away. I still like it though.

The best security cameras on the market. Installation took about 5 minutes for both of them, the quality is amazing. And they are very affordable, will definitely buy 2 more.

Easy to set up. Picture is clear and wide. Charge from one battery has lasted over a month so far.. There is an option to add another battery.

Easy to setup and install just wish they allowed a solar wall charger to keep the batteries charged

Purchased these with solar panel. Works great! Easy to install and set up and the best part is I don’t have to recharge the batteries

The cameras work very well the image is clear and very simple to use I would recommend it 100%

Best thing for keep your house monitored I recommend that is so easy for installing

We have been long time ring customers, and we wanted to add security to our new home. These cameras are fabulous! They offer a way to speak directly through the camera, a way to control the lights, and the option for a siren. Alongside these we bought the Wassertein two-pack of solar panels, and they have taken our cameras from 30% to hundred percent in a little over a week. We often forget or don’t want to charge, so if you’re like us, I highly recommend pairing these with solar panels.

Great devices and easy to setup price was a little much for my taste but it is a good investment

Easy to install and works great!!! Although only 1080P, the video quality is great and works wonderful in the day and night. Also the camera offers a wide range of custom adjustability. Definitely would buy again, and recommend this camera.

Crystal clear camera, the light is bright as can be. We originally wanted to purchase the flood light Ring but this set works perfectly. The camera is very impressive on how much is covers.

Great value and easy to set up. Must have strong WiFi near unit or it’s a waste. Other than that 5 stars

Great cameras. Great service! Exactly what I needed to protect my home.

Easy to install and works great. Installed one in back and one out front. Both were easy to mount and add myself
