We bought 4 of these cameras and they are amazing! The video quality is really good, the speakers are loud and clear, and the lights are quite bright. The night vision is awesome! You can clearly see everything. The motion detection is almost instantaneous, the lights come on and it alerts you through the app. I will provide photos to show how awesome it is.

The camera was easy to setup and install. The night vision is great, and the motion detection is easy to adjust. I now have two of these cameras, and I want to save the videos, so I purchased the Ring Protect Plus plan. The plan is by location, so I can add multiple cameras. Also, I purchased a backup battery.

I’ve had this for almost 2 years and it still works like the day I got it after being outside the entire time. The night mode works great and having lights and an intercom on it is super nice. Found a nice vinyl siding mount on Amazon when we just put new siding on so there was no holes put in the vinyl. Not sure if something like that came with it as it’s been a long time since we’ve opened the box.

Im not tech savy or have easy time follow directions but this canwra was east to set up. I only needed a small ladder. The batter option is so east y as we dont have to worry about someone stealing the whole set up. I give 5/5 for the easy to set it up, easy to follow directions and worry free.

Being it's a Ring cam how can you go wrong , has all the same interface as all cameras ( driveway spotlight cam ) etc etc but doesn't allow you to tick the motion warning . Says it's not supported so it won't tell people you are being recorded ... Battery last over a month depending on how many notifications you want and how long you set the cool down period . Worried about durability being so cheaply made thin plastic where mount and battery has to be removed time after time to charge how long will it last ? I have mine above garage door facing my washroom ,gym in garage and view directly into kitchen . To see traffic of who's going into fridge in the garage lol etc etc

We have been staunch supporters of Ring products since the day they came on the market. I even retireded from a contractor that recommended and installed them. We currently own 14 Ring cameras in various forms. The new Spotlight Cam Plus (plug-in) is our first disappointment though. Compared to our other hardwired and plug-in units, the picture quality is subpar. The clarity, the coloration, and overall image quality is grainy, dull, and almost appears cloudy (yes, we took off the plastic lens protection). Attached are two photos of cameras that are eight feet apart on the end and corner of our house. The better quality camera is a Spotlight Cam Wired (1st Gen) and the other image is one of our new Spotlight Cam Plus cameras. Our internet service is excellent and all the cameras have great connections. Ring Customer Support replaced one of the cameras but the picture quality did not improve with the replacement. Hopefully, the poor quality imagery is not a trend as we would be reluctant to purchase additional Ring cameras if this is were to be the norm!

Love these cameras. I did find that there was way too much cord for my application so I cut it and wired the camera directly to power ( after the transformer of course). Pictures are clear and motion sensing is perfect for us.

Amazing security camera. I've been using it for 3 months already and it works great! No issues. Just make sure to have a good wifi connection. Extremely easy set up, great quality and very user friendly, it's very easy to access footage. Ring cameras are definitely worth it.

I have several ring cameras around my home but love having one that actually plugs in eliminating having to charge batteries or rely on the solar panel! I’m seriously thinking about replacing 2 of my cameras with this one! Very clear pictures and simple to install!

Camera was easy to install. The picture is clear and with the description and objects being filmed is great.

Securely and clearly shows what is happening in my side yard where several small buildings are located. Activated by motion.

The flood cam has been a great addition to my home’s safety setup. It provides real-time alerts and clear video footage, even in low-light conditions. The waterproof design holds up well during heavy rain, and the motion detection is accurate without too many false alarms.

I have been using Ring products for about 2 years and have enjoyed using this product. My only issue is that I have had to replace this camera twice due to an issue being unable to connect to live feed of camera despite device reporting online. It was not troubleshooted the cause of this issue and product was instead replaced and installed. With the most recent replacement completed, I am not seeing any issues so far. Only time will tell.

Works great set up and install very easy about to buy again

Because my home has its garage covering nearly the entire front of the house, it's impossible to see what's happening out front without leaving the garage door open. This camera has been the perfect solution. It was easy to install for this 63-year-old lady. I had it up and running within 30 minutes. I really love that it is linked to my Echo Show, so when I'm sitting in my living room, I know when deliveries or guests arrive and can see who it is in real time. I also installed a Ring doorbell cam (my "front" door is on the side of the house.) Love my Ring cameras!

Set up is very easy. The image quality is good. The motion detection works well. No issues with it.
