This is my first video camera. It was super ez to connect. Took 5 minutes. The picture quality is AWSOME. I connected the chime pro to it and it's loud. I don't have alot of delays like some stated. It's pretty much accurate and on point. I was able to link it to my Alexa device. I had problems with people stealing packages so hopefully this will deter them from doing so because I made my camera visible.

video resolution captures everything from head to toe, even when the sun goes down. If you want to widen your field of vision. Easy to access from my iPhone as well

This product has a long lasting battery. Easy to charge, great quality picture. Overall it’s an excellent product. Definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd Ring and honestly I feel like I cannot live in a home without one! I love not having to answer the door when there is a stranger out there. You just never know who is on the other side and having the ability to answer through the ring app is amazing. You can answer from your phone whether your at home, work or the store and see the live feed. You can screen shot and playback your recording. Video is clear. You can hear the other person without them knowing you are logged in. You can also set it to alert you whenever there is motion at your door or you can turn that feature off. There is also a neighborhood feed so you can see when other things are happening in your neighborhood like break ins, lost pets, etc. Just gives you that extra piece of mind and added security. I also ordered a customized color plate (instead of the silver front) from Ring.com so my plate matches my home. Super easy to change out. I had Best Buy Total Tech install and they did an excellent job!

I happy with my purchase it’s provides and added piece of security to my home.

Tthe Ring Video Doorbell 3 has been a wonderful addition to our home. It allows me to see visitors on my cell phone before they get to our front door. It also allows me to talk to them while they stand there. My husband is a stroke victim and he likes to sit on the porch in his wheelchair. A few days ago I went shopping while he sat outside without his cell phone. My niece also has the Ring app. She spoke with him through the Ring video doorbell and he told her he wanted his phone. But, he couldn't get back in the house without assistance. She was able to contact the neighbor who went into our house and got the phone for him. We love it.

Lovely addition for home security. Works as advertised with settings to set via the ring app for your own preferences. A little pricey but definitely worth the money.

Love it! I bought it to put in my horses stall at the horse board barn 16 miles away from my home. Install was fairly easy but you must have internet to make it work. Last barn had no internet access so I couldn't install one there. With winter and colic season I like being able to make sure he's okay. I also have the ring bell at home. Both doorbells link to my phone If you have horses, I highly recommend this. You'll need the battery powered ones though.

I love my Ring Doorbell. It is a shame that you have to get a subscription to get good use out of it

Excellent clear videos that pick up all activity in my area of view. Neighborhood alerts are very helpful from people in my town alerting me to numerous issues almost while they are happening. Battery life is about 3 months before recharge is necessary. Definitely recommend.

This addition to the home is a great way to check who comes to visit you, helps to check on packages, and generally keeps your home secure. The replaceable battery pack makes it so much better to not have to deal with wiring or messing with high voltage. Best for apartments especially.

I finally decided to go for the Ring doorbell after seeing so much about them on TV news. I was sold after talking to people at work that had it. I have to agree with them. There is a race if mind knowing that I can see things even when I’m not home. I was recently out running errands and the alert sounded. It was mid day and the mailman was bringing a package. I was close by so I went home and brought it inside so no one was tempted. I like having it here!

Great doorbell camera. The ability to either hardwire or battery power the device is a plus. Recently moved into a place with no active doorbell wires, so the option to switch to battery was appreciated. Ring has always and continues to deliver high quality products for reasonable prices.

This item was purchased due to my family’s vehicles being vandalized/keyed up so it had helped with identifying the possible suspect. This product works well and it shows you to see what’s happening with in your neighborhood.

We bought a second house and needed peace of mind that we could protect it. Ring is amazing. Just yesterday someone came to our house multiple states away. I answered my Ring and answered all of his questions from my couch at home.
