I like that this is a small device and doesn’t scream “I have a camera doorbell!!!” Multiple neighbors had used other brands but went to Ring due to reliability of the others. They have been happy with Ring. While certain features aren’t available this works well and was easy to install. For some reason the jumper cord didn’t work on my box, so I didn’t install it. The power works, which was the point there. My one next door neighbor is very close, so I can’t turn off their area without affecting mine. Because of their constant movement, I ignore notifications at my front door. But it’s good to have if I know to watch for something. This doesn’t use the doorbell box for ringing (pro is needed for that) but that’s ok because it always made me jump and my dog bark. It does announce on my Alexa and that’s fine enough.

Works great! Is worth having & excellent way to keep watch on your home whether you’re there or away. Being able to speak to someone- helps deter people from stealing because they don’t know if you’re there in your home or away & less likely to risk stealing.

Love this doorbell. Easy to install. Video quality is sharp. The two-way audio works great! It gives me a sense of security.

I love my new Ring Doorbell. Installation was super easy and set up was a breeze. Picture is super clear and sound quality is excellent! I'm definitely considering buying the whole home system.

We went with the cheaper option because of where my doorbell is located at the front door, it didn't need to be very fancy since it only shows a small area. It works great and my almost 2yr old loves ringing the doorbell everytime she comes home that way Alexa can announce throughout the whole house, "Someone is at your front door." It also works with with my other ring cameras.

This ring door bell is compact, goes with most house colors and works as advertised. Ring community is also a plus. Ring support is great, video and picture quality is great as well. Installation isn't hard but for those who aren't tech/electrical savy. Call a perfessional.

Just what we needed for home security. Picture and sound is better than I expected

I had to do my own research to figure out how to connect to my old-style doorbell chime. Once that was figured out, the doorbell easily connected and works great. Good camera, day and night, and the microphone and speaker work well. I'm still pondering whether the free recording level is enough, or I should pay for the basic pay-level service. The advantage of my old-style doorbell chime is that it still works with my old push-button front doorbell even while the new Ring Wi-Fi is powered at my "back" door.

I really like this item. Instructions were simple. and it looks nice with the house  the only thing that  kind of annoyed me was the price and when you’re far away from it with your phone it’s kind of glitchy other than that I really like my ring and I bought a second one for my porch  and thinking about buying a security camera 

A must have for Home Security Protection! Easy to install and operate! How was I living without this doorbell.

Really nice. The camera picture is clear and picks up good in the distance. Choose the the rechargeable because I couldn’t wire the other. Easy to set up and invite others in the household to install and use.

Works great however, this model won’t work with existing house chime, you have to buy the additional ring chime.

This camera has been life changing. It was so easy to install and the monthly subscription is super affordable. We got this camera after some incidents at our apartment complex and it has offered so much relief.

I love this doorbell. Being able to answer your doorbell when your not home is such a great thing. Installation was easy. Had to buy a plug in adapter since we didn’t have existing wiring for a doorbell. But it works perfectly. And not having to recharge the battery like the prior ring doorbells is a PLUS.

Love my ring doorbell i definitely would recommend this one over the other ones and its honestly an easy installment. Video quality is based on your wifi.

I rarely review consumer electronics but this is a nearly perfect device. The setup process is straightforward and guided within the app. Follow the instructions and you'll be good to go here. QUICK TIP: If you still want your existing doorbell to make noise when the ring is pressed, as far as I can tell you'll need the version which has a small transformer. However if you are fine with alerts on your mobile devices only, nothing else needed than what comes with the $50 unit. The person detected feature is especially cool

Really like the ring doorbell and all ring security cameras. I can keep an eye out on 4 properties and especially when the motion ring monitors the movements! Fantastic!
