I’ve been using this Roborock for a little while now, and it’s honestly made keeping my floors clean so much easier. One of my favorite features is the docking station automatically adding the cleaning solution, so I don’t have to measure or refill detergent every time I mop. It also automatically washes the mop after cleaning, which means I rarely have to deal with dirty mop pads myself. The cleaning performance has been impressive. The 36,000 Pa suction power easily picks up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and even debris that gets stuck along the edges. I also love that it can lift the mop when it detects carpet, so I don’t have to worry about my rugs getting wet. It transitions between hard floors and carpets seamlessly without any manual intervention. Navigation is another area where this robot really shines. It does a great job of avoiding furniture and obstacles, so it rarely gets stuck or bumps into things. The movable mop and side brush are surprisingly effective too—they extend into corners and along baseboards, helping clean those little areas that many robot vacuums tend to miss. The robot itself is also fairly thin, allowing it to slide underneath my couch, bed, and other furniture where dust loves to collect. It’s nice not having to move furniture around just to keep those hidden areas clean. Overall, this has been one of the most hands-off robot vacuums I’ve owned. Between the automatic solution dispensing, self-washing mop, powerful suction, intelligent carpet detection, smart obstacle avoidance, and thoughtful edge-cleaning design, it takes care of almost everything on its own. It’s definitely not a cheap purchase, but if you’re looking for a premium robot vacuum that requires very little maintenance and consistently delivers excellent cleaning results, I think it’s well worth considering. It has definitely saved me a lot of time and made daily floor cleaning almost effortless.

I've been been using robot vacuums for over 3 years and this is by far the smartest and easiest to use. It scanned my whole apartment within 10 minutes and was immediately ready to use. Compared to older models: love that the cleaning solution has a dedicated compartment so you don't have to figure out the right ratio every time you load the clean water tank. Love that the mop pads are now cleaned with hot water, which is great for cleaning kitchen spaces where oil may splatter onto the ground. The camera is also phenomenal at detecting all sorts of obstacles (wires, poles, door stops protruding from walls, etc.) This is also the first robot vacuum that I got that has no issue with climbing high pile rugs without lifting up the corners of the rug and thus causing it to fold over itself/cause the vacuum to get stuck. Attached two photos of a bath mat that always used to get lifted by other robot vacuums I have tried -- this one has no problem. Love that it can lift itself when it knows there is a rug/carpet, and then easily crosses onto the rug. One other major observation is that this vacuum seriously seems to get 'smarter' after just 5 full runs. Each time, I've noticed it "updates the map" after docking, which changes the way the vacuum approaches each room. For instance, the first time I used it, it got stuck a bit in a corner of my living room. After completing the run, it updated the map and on the next 2 runs, it approached that corner differently and didn't get stuck at all. I observed this in several instances around tight corners and obstacles. Seriously impressive! Overall absolutely love this model -- high recommend for anyone who wants high performance to truly forget about cleaning floors/rugs!

Bought this for my mostly carpet second level and I have pets. Easy to set schedules. Really great at vacuuming and I have it mop the bathrooms and laundry room. It goes under the bed as well very happy about it.

Seeing my mom’s reaction to the Saros 20 was worth every penny. She’s amazed by how well it works, and I’m just happy she can relax while it handles the chores. I’d highly recommend getting Totaltech or any type of protection as well to make sure she's covered long-term

I've returned my Saros 20X before ever testing the mop. On the second whole-house vacuum, I knew it might be the "best" but wasn't worth keeping. It currently is stuck on the tile in front of my fireplace that has a threshold around it of slightly over 0.5" (Mohawk RevWood+ laminate reducer). It getting stuck is humorous because of the grand claims of its climbing ability. But I'm returning it because it gouged the threshold trying to escape, and that is unacceptable. Yes, I could mark it as a no-go area but I'd also have to do that for the other reducers into the kitchen and bathrooms. Its $1600 and not being able to clean the whole house (none of which is carpet) is ridiculous. I can't understand its method as it will work a room for a long time, leave, and come back later for more. It seems to waste time and battery instead of finishing a room once and for all. Also the original map wasn't bad but it added more area during its vacuuming, and now the map shows inaccessible space outside the front door. It shows shoes as an object in the way in the living room, when the shoes shown in the picture are actually in the bedroom. It also can't seem to detect the cat food bowls in the kitchen and pushes them around. Before I returned it, I manually docked it and forced a purge of the dust bin which was fairly full of cat hair and dust. It appeared to pull nothing out, so I had to empty the bin by hand.

Ended up buying 3 of these. One for each floor in my house and another for my parents. Cleans and maneuvers very well. Surprisingly smart. I was worried it wouldn't mop well, but every time I empty the dirty water bin the water looks gross, so it's apparently doing something right. I have maids and it honestly does just as good a job as them for the places it can reach. It is still fairly loud when it vacuums even on the quiet setting, but it's much less loud than a regular vacuum. It's gotten stuck twice in the month that I've had it, so it's not foolproof, but it does give you a notification when it does. The app is pretty good but does need some improvement. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't handle multiple floors very well. It seemed to get confused when I tried to set it up and it was too much of a hassle, so I just ended up buying another.

I expected much better from a $1,600 flagship robot vacuum. The Saros 20 has experienced intermittent Wi-Fi disconnects since the day I purchased it. The robot will randomly go offline while sitting on the dock, which has also prevented firmware updates from completing successfully. I’ve spent weeks troubleshooting the issue, including factory resets, reconnecting to Wi-Fi, testing both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, and verifying excellent signal strength. What has been even more disappointing is the customer support experience. There is no way to speak directly with a technical support representative. Everything must be handled through email, and responses can take days. Despite explaining the troubleshooting steps I had already completed during a phone call, I received an email the next day instructing me to perform a factory reset again. For a premium product at this price point, I expect premium support. Instead, I found myself stuck in a slow email exchange repeating troubleshooting steps while my month-old robot continues to have connectivity problems. The cleaning performance may be good when the robot is working properly, but the reliability issues and poor support experience have left me extremely disappointed.

I’ve had three Robococks and this one is the best one. It is slim but the robocock performs. It’s slick, hard, and fast. No need for another vacuum. Buy this robocock

I was very impressed by the technology on this robot. The mapping was great. the app was intuitive. The navigation while working was fantastic.... almost too fantastic. If the robot saw a bunch of hair, it would simply avoid it. Which leads to the title. We have two goldens and two toddlers, our house is pretty picked up due to the many things that will eat stuff on the ground. But the hair is why we run a robot every night. This robot left tumble weeds all over the place. At 1700 dollars, i couldn't justify keeping it.

Bought this specifically as it both mops and vacuums and it has performed exceptionally well so far. It takes several hours to do both but I have it run overnight so this is never a problem. Does a good job of avoiding random objects (I have two dogs that leave toys everywhere). I can recommend this one!

I generally love Roborock, but this one is very buggy. 1. It's not completely cleaning the rooms. It cleaned 3/4th of the carpeted area in the family room, lines all over the place. 2) Its not starting with the closest room first, hops from one room to a room on the other side of the house back to the other side, not orderly like I've experienced in the past. 3) The battery sucks, I did a vacuum then mop after. 3 hours in we are still in the vacuum and 3rd charge. I feel I got a buggy device and want to exchange it for another but the price has changed so idk if they would honor that.

Complete piece of garbage ran right over dirt and didn't pick it up, support helped but could do nothing. This is a piece of trash. I am now in the tedious process of getting bounced between Roborock and Best Buy support. Stuck with a $1600 piece of garbage that makes my life harder.
