Place them on flat 3.5" or 5.5" wide railings on your porch, deck, or balcony – no tools or drilling necessary! After you add soil and plants, the planters will be secured on the railing. Remove the two rubber stoppers on the bottom sides of the planters to allow water to drain properly. Beautify your outdoor living area with these gorgeous, space-saving over-the-rail planters.
