Had this for some years now and still working strong used it throughout my academy days and my uniform looked perfect

This is my second steamer, the first one was a Mr. Butler and was more expensive, but it was finicky and would steam good, then steam half-heartedly. This Rowenta has been constant and great steam all the time. Does not take up as much room in storage, the unit goes flat against a wall and is very sturdy when stored or in use, no flopping over. No heavy floppy hose either this hose is light and highly maneuverable. I love the backdrop screen it's like a second set of hands helping. The small tank was a concern but actually it does last a very long time, I can get several shirts and jeans done with one tank of distilled water. Steaming is way more fun than ironing. Yes, it is fun! Very cathartic to slowly melt the wrinkles out of clothes without all the flipping, turning, and worry of a hot iron and cord. Clothes come out smooth and no risk of burning the cloth. Far better for fabrics than an iron. If you are still ironing you should try a steamer. You won't get a crisp seam on jeans or shirts as an iron will do, but if you don't care for that stiff dated look and the work it takes, the steamer is the way to go. You will find yourself doing tee shirts you never ironed before for the ease and fun of it.

After a long research effort to find a good steamer: we decided on this one. Some of the reviews mentioned that they had issues with it leaking but thought maybe we can get lucky…I didn’t open our unit right away, so it wasn’t until about two months later when we first put it to use. It takes the wrinkles out no problem but the burning hot water leaks from the head and burns my hands. Also, my clothes are wet when I’m finished. Made very poorly. I tried to return it to BestBuy - but they told me they no longer return anything that is past a month…call the manufacturer….so I called the manufacturer- and they do not make returns either! So please do not waste your money on this! I took chance and obviously Now I’m stuck with it! So disappointed.

Had to replace our old steamer after it died. Obtained this one from Best Buy. The store didn't have it in stock, but the sales associate found it in their warehouse and had it shipped to my home. Set up was easy and it works great. Appreciate the multiple head attachments to better customize your results. Net, we're very happy with it!

Cannot say enough good things about this steamer. Easy setup. love the screen that holds the clothes in place while streaming. Heats up very quickly. Works fantastically.

At the price and in general, this is a great steamer. It starts steaming very quickly and the setting to adjust the steam setting is a nice feature. The additional head attachments are great. This steamer is actually really enjoyable to use. Haven’t had it long enough to test the anti calcium feature but I don’t intend on using anything but distilled water (learned my lesson the hard way) which works great with this steamer.

Garment steamer works well and gets the wrinkles out with minimal effort! Even though it doesn’t produce as much steam as I was hoping for, it’s still impressive, heats up quickly, and gets my clothes looking smooth. Definitely easier to achieve results with this garment steamer than several steam irons I used in the past.

I. Ought 2 of these one for myself and one for my daughter and we couldn't be nore happier with this product. It works great! I recommend this to e everyone needing a steamer that conveniently has wheels for easy menuvering and a rack to hang garments on hangers.

More style than deliverance, yet have the room to use. Not the compact and easy to use -- other than having the time and space to use. Simplicity and compactness is absent.

It is an awesome steamer to iron any kinds of clothes. Very good quality and price is reasonable. My daughter loves it and use it often. Look professional and save time by this steamer. After using this, you won’t go back to use the traditional iron!

I though my old steamer was fine. I thought I had killed it by letting it run dry. This Creates much more steam in a short period of time. I only wish that it had a storage area for the accessories.

I like this item so much except the water drips when you put in a maximum level of heat and makes bubble noise.
