Since I moved to a place, too busy. do not use it until recently, just figured out, it does not work, it produce a big noise and no steam come out at all. Soooo terrible product!

Does it’s job. Doesn’t really work on heavy wrinkles tho. Great for freshening up items. I’ve mainly only tried dress shirts and dress pants and a few other clothing items. Will be trying on my fabric headboard and drapes soon. I would purchase again, not at full retail price however

I think this steamer is a great unit. I love that I don't have to wheel out the full size steamer to steam my clothes anymore. The only downfall is when full of water can get a little heavy after a little while.

The steamer heats up pretty quickly and doesn't create a lot of wet spots.

So far, so good. I haven’t had it very long but it has been working great. Only reason why I gave it four stars it’s because it’s a bit heavy and the water of the steamer runs out fast..

It's actually more difficult to use than a traditional iron and ironing board. I've tried steaming curtains, and there isn't anything behind it that really gets out the wrinkles. Slightly disappointing.

Ordered this little guy in a pinch before leaving on vacation. Have a full steamer at home and love it. However, needed something quick and easy when travelling and this fits the bill perfectly. Water tank is big enough to do several pieces of clothing and puts out plenty of steam. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling and not wanting to iron.

The box claims that this is the most powerful handheld steamer. While this is likely true based on its 1500W rating alone, it does seem more powerful than other steamers I’ve owned (Shark and Conair). For me, the true test will be durability, as the aforementioned brands did not well stand the test of time. So far, though, so good.

This is a handy device for getting wrinkles out of clothing. It is a bit heavy and a little hard to handle.

It will definitely get you out of a pinch if you are in a hurry but don't expect the same results as of a more professional steamer, this tool is for when your shirt and dress looks really wrinkled to a more OK is not that wrinkled situation

Works very well. I managed to straighten linen tablecloths easily with it with the turbo function. Amazing on shirts and fragile textile like silk. Not so light but lighter than most iron!

Worked well, tank too small. Use for steaming school uniforms & had to refill water tank before finishing 1st child size uniform shirt. Need more steam, time less refill time.

I think this is a decent steamer for the price. Easy to use and functional

The one I ordered did not work at all. I followed all the instructions but it never worked. I asked a few people to look at it but it just didn’t work.

I like it cause its easy to use and not way too expensive. Its also travel friendly.

My son does not iron nor does he really know how to. When he went off to college, I got this for him so he wouldn't mess up his clothing with design that are not meant to be ironed and so he wouldn't have to walk around in wrinkled clothing. It worked out great.

They probably have a whole batch that doesn’t work at all, producing a loud noise and no steam at all. Don’t purchase!
