    GETS THE JOB DONE, not bad, but could be better.

    Ultimately this product does it's job, however the software provided via CD is a bit dated. Overall happy with it but there is certainly room for improvement, my computer initially flagged it as a security risk.

    Software didn't load properly and crashed my PC.

    I attempted to load software on my laptop (from disk and then from website) and wouldn't work. Operating system, Windows 11 Home, version 22H2. Recieved driver errors. Tried downloading patch from Roxio and it didn't recognize it. After restart, my laptop crashed and wouldn't start up properly. Had to perform system restore for proper restart. I wouldn't recommend for Windows 11 users, it shouldn't be this complicated.

    Needed help after purchase

    I took the product home, read the instructions on the package and manual. Found my results on the burn wouldn’t playback on my player or laptop. I asked Geek Squad for help. They tested my equipment and diagnosed it required purchase a new DVD player.

    Ro NOT buy if you have Windows 11

    Do NOT buy if you have Windows 11!!! This crashed two brand new dell laptops and had to reinstall Windows on both.

    It works but takes forever

    It successfully converted my old Goosebumps VHS to DVD, but the entire movie had to be watches and recorded. So each mlvie takes as long as the movie is.
