Love the shock mount but hate the thread size

Ok i love this style of shock mount i really do the only reason I deducted 1 star from this item was that it did not come with a thread adapter for my samson mba28 mic boom arm which has a 5/8 thread and the samson sp04 thread size is about 3/8 to small to fit my mount i didnt know i needed a thread adaptor to fit my mba28 thread mount

It sags down because of the weight of the mic (the samson g track pro) so I just turn mic sideways so it can't tilt down.
